Recently I had someone help me who had a speech impediment and it solidified my loyalty ten-fold. I have a stutter and I don't meet a lot of people like me working in customer service, it made me feel safe and comfortable talking about my needs because I know they respect diversity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since i first got to Lethbridge a little over ten years ago,first i was dealing with shoppers drug Mart, and i realized (because i was going back and forth from shoppers drug Mart to Stokes) but I'm glad i stuck with Stokes, because not only are the staff very understanding, they're also really easy to talk to.
And i can't say enough good things about zak,he's definitely gone above and beyond for me several times.
