Our case manager was very professional and assured us once everything had dried out the trades would be brought in as quickly as possible to get the job done and that's exactly what happened. Communication with everyone involved was so easy to understand and we appreciated prompt response when we had questions by phone, text or email. Without exception everyone who came into our home from PuroClean employees or trades people were pleasant, kind and diligent workers. When it's hard to know where to start in packing up belongings, storing them, dealing with wet carpets, drywall etc., PuroClean Property Paramedics will be there for you every step of the process.
