★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired peeks to install a new furnace, humidifier, air conditioning and create and vent for our hood fan on our house last summer. I specifically asked that it be vented out the north gable end of the house so the older shingled roof wasn't disturbed, and they put the vent straight out the roof, and did not seal it. I used to work in housing developments, so I am fully aware that this can happen and does often. Our humidifier hasn't worked since day one, so I was in contact with Todd about it, and he never looked into it. I then spoke to Doug about it, and still haven't heard anything back. So disappointed in what they've done.

They went over and above in both instances to ensure everything was installed properly. Excellent quality of work and fair rates. Timely work in both instances as well. Recommend them for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor technical skills..I’ve been waiting almost 3 months since they started my a/c unit in my house and they are still not done , and they said that they have no clue how to get the job done! ??♂️ Not impressed at all! Very poor communication
