★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! He blowed some air in the vent without taking the cool vent covers but that is not whast they show on their web sit. On their web sit they are saying that they pull the dust out but he just blowed air in the vents. And they did not replace the filter and he put the old ones back in. They charged us 388$ for that kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lethbridge Duct Cleaning, represented by Brad Sutfin, gave me fantastic service. He showed up on time, had what he needed (including an extra man to get his machine in place) and conducted himself with polite professionalism the whole time he was here.
He took the time to show me what I need to know to maintain my furnace and explained how things work and what to watch for as signs of trouble. He shared photos of before and after the duct cleaning and made minor necessary repairs. He also cleaned the dryer vent.
He took all the time necessary to ensure my furnace is as trouble free for the winter as a man-made appliance can be.
He left his work area clean and tidy when he left and we settled the bill on the spot with no hassle. The bill was $17 more than quoted because he replaced the thermocouple, so parts.
I am very grateful that my indoor air quality is much improved and the whole experience was pleasant and easy.
