★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called KB on a Sunday with a plumbing emergency. Contacted multiple places that advertised 24/7 service and no one had anyone available. Called KB after a recommendation and was beyond impressed. They were at my house within 30 mins and the job was done so fast. Saved me a mountain of stress on what was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday afternoon.
Fast, courteous and solved my problem. Great service and will definitely be using them for any future needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by the technician, answered all questions and explained the workings of a furnace. The issue I have is with the billing. The faulty part was an igniter which was quite obvious. The tech did not have the igniter in his van so he left for 40min to get it from their shop. Time spent in the house was about 30min. I was charged for 1.5h of labor which makes no sense to me. The part price was also double from other sources online which I'm okay with since they have to stock them, but the labor for driving back and forth to a shop for such a common part seems very unreasonable. Will not likely use their services again which is unfortunate because the tech was very friendly.

We have a 4 month baby and at 10pm our AC wasn’t working. It got to 25 degrees in our babies room. I called and “Adam” was on call. The guy could have cared less by saying, “I don’t think I can help you with that issue and my hourly rate for after hrs is high.” Having a tone of ‘Its too high so you don’t want me to stop by’. He sighed when I said “I don’t care what it costs, we have a baby and family visiting so we need it fixed asap”. He said it has to be above 16 degrees anyway so he can’t do an assessment.
The next day “Kyle”, got a hold of us. Said he was 5 mins away and would stop to help us out. It wasn’t above 16 degrees… he figured out the problem and had our AC running within the hour. THANK YOU KYLE!
He was extremely friendly and any questions I asked he answered in depth and explained everything he was doing.
If we call there again and it’s Adam I will 100% ask for Kyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used these folks a few times now and I hate recommending services when I am not sure, but these guys are rock solid. From some easy maintenance issues (humidifier, taps etc.) to an emergency call (split hot water tank) to a renovation (moving a laundry room) to a referral (gas heater in a garage) they have come through every time. They never left a mess, always had the right parts on hand, and always took the time to do things a little better then the competition.
I'm cheap and I work in the trades so it's in my nature to call a buddy for lots of things. Plumbing and gas are not anything I want the cheap version of. These guys did their homework and saved me big bucks twice now. My hot water tank manufacturer is not longer in business but they found out who bought them and coordinated a warranty replacement during that very fast service call. Same with a tap I had, called it warranty and swapped it out. I'd recommend them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service men that work for KB are very good. They're thorough, knowledgable, and do what they think they should and then explain it all to you. Then they go over your bill with you. They are very friendly as well. They do give you fast service, same day. every time I called.
The only problem I'm having with this company is the costing and what they're charging you for.It's pricey and some things are not really something you should be charged for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K B Heating was fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly when our hot water tank quit and were able to come replace it immediately. We have a business run out of our home and they were really respectful and tried to work as silently as possible. The new tank works great and the whole experience very positive. I highly recommend using K B Heating!
