My Service Company is a locally owned and operated Lethbridge area plumbing and air conditioning company. Whether you need a trustworthy plumber, a good furnace or AC repairman, or you’re looking to replace your old water heater, furnace or air conditioner altogether, we can help. We spend time in training on a regular basis to continuously to improve our customer service skills. Whether you’re speaking to the person answering the phone, or you’re dealing with a technician in your home, you’ll notice that our guys pay extra attention to serving you with respect and professionalism. My Service Company’s upfront pricing policy means you’ll never be surprised or blindsided. Avoid sticker shock by knowing much your plumbing, heating or air conditioning job will cost in advance. Our technicians, sales and service representatives will always tell you the price before they begin the work and give you a selection of pricing options so that you can make the best decision for yourself.
You can pay our technicians by Visa or MasterCard, cash or cheque (payable to My Service Company). We have a Senior citizen’s discount available. We also offer a 10% discount to members of our Priority Maintenance Club.
Our Local Charity Participation
My Service Company actively and passionately supports local organizations. We provide ongoing support to the Woods Homes Foundation in helping them raise awareness and funds in their support of teenagers in Lethbridge. We also support the Harbour House of Lethbridge in raising funds to continue their life-saving work in sheltering abused spouses. Additionally, we are always accepting request for support of local sports teams and other local charitable organizations. Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of our company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Lach came in to fix my water heater. I asked about cost/benefit of just getting a new water heater and he let me know that we weren't there yet and fixed my existing one. He even sent a text with picture of where I needed to clean the lint filter on the heater. He also cleaned my furnace flame just because he was already there and it was a quick fix. Above and beyond and AMAZING customer service! Will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the service call by Ben was stellar and he was a fantastic representative of the company. He was knowledgeable and was not afraid to get his hands literally dirty with the mouse sludge that was causing the failure of our water heater.
The only reason that the review didn't get the "Loved it" rating was due to a scheduling mix-up where the appointment was supposed to be at 9:00 am but the tech was not able to come until after 11 am. This in no way says I was unhappy with the service, but I did have to take an hour off of work to be at home for the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with My Service Company has been great! From the quoting procedure on a new AC install to having my furnace service, these guys have been awesome.
The owner Ben was very thorough with the initial quote and very knowledgeable. He explained the plan and the differences between units and was never pushy. After receiving the quote I was quite surprised that the service rates did not appear to be impacted by product costs. In short I feel that I got a reasonable price and a great product.
The install went even better than imagined. Everything was installed cleanly and the existing "DIY" items were repaired/replaced at no additional cost. This goes above and beyond what I have come to expect from trades people. The primary installer Lach went out of his way to ensure that everything was left perfect. No mess or anything for me to do except enjoy.
I would recommend My Service Company to anyone looking for an amazing customer experience and quality work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with the service and agility of My Service Company in Lethbridge today. I had a tech out super quickly for a furnace that wouldn't turn on. Lachlan was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to solve the problem after quick diagnostics. On top of that he took the time to clean up and tune up the furnace a little bit. We literally just became homeowners and I was dreading the service fee for furnace repair but it was WELL worth it. I love that they tell you the cost upfront. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully don't need to anytime soon).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sitting here writing this review while waiting for MY Service Company to arrive. They were supposed to be here an hour and a half ago. No call, no nothing.
And this isn’t the first time. We had been scheduled for an appointment at 1pm last Friday. They called us to see if they could push the time a bit later and we agreed that a 3:00-ish appointment would work. At 4pm, we received a call from the tech saying he was just leaving Coaldale. That would have put him here at around 4:30pm. He added that we were the only ones he was coming out for and since we had supper plans, we told him we would reschedule.
I was a bit grumbly about their out-of-whack schedule the first time, but was still willing to reschedule - - only to be “stood up” again. Now I will go somewhere else!
