This place is great. All the equipment is in great shape, prices are affordable for high end PCs and nice staff!

It's a great place! The prices are good, the systems are reliable, and the first time set up is a breeze. I have a couple complaints though. First off, they advertise the game Rainbow Six: Siege on their window, but they don't actually have that game available to play, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to introducing my friends to it. Another complaint I have is their selection of games. Their selection isn't very big. They have a few big titles like Dota, LoL, WoW, Black Ops 4, Fortnite, Minecraft, Warframe etc. But the problem with the games, is a good chunk of them no one would want to play unless they already play at home (Destiny 2, Warframe, WoW, eve online, etc.) as they are MMOs that you probably wouldn't want to start at an arcade. I think they should probably add more variation of games to their library such as maybe Dead Cells, Battlefront 2, Battlefield 1/Battlefield V, Rainbow Six: Siege, Titanfall 2, Far Cry 5, Arma 3, Squad, The Hunter: Call of the Wild, and Escape from Tarkov, just to name a few games that might be fun and would add variation. I still would recommend the coming here either way! Edit: Since they responded, I changed this from 3 stars to 5 stars, since most of the problems will be fixed it seems like, and I appreciate companies that take their time to listen to critiques and fix their problems quickly!

Great place for all ages! My son is disabled and had a hard time at the other VR places. These guys set him up right away and he had a blast!!! Great games and hardware.

I was so excited to go here and try PC gaming to determine whether or not I wanted to buy one. I got there and payed for 2 hours (which is a great price only $10) and moved to one of the computers with my friends. To my disappointment I had a computer which did not load any of the games, and when it did it crashed. I had to switch computers 3 times as the first one only crashed, the second had a mouse glitch that moved it to the bottom of the screen every 3 or so seconds. And when I finally got to a computer that worked I had spent more than an hour just trying to find something that worked (None of my friends had the issues that I did). I was also disappointed with the staff as they had no clue how to fix any of the issues that I had with the computers. Other than this I had fun being with my friends but I just wish that I did not have the issues that I did.
