★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for the pharmacy, but today while I was standing in the make up aisle at 4:00pm there was two women one with dark hair and one with shaved sides of her hair. They ignored and didnt greet me. Their customer service is only good if it benefits them selves. They were not professional. Talking about sexual intercourse, personal relationships and inattentive to customers. 10/10 do not reccomend coming to this shoppers if you have questions regarding facial cleansers or make up. Pharmacy is literally what keeps me coming back, their service is amazing. Though there was a mix up with my insurance and some people in pharmacy dont know what they're doing. But other than that, it's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist here, Braun gave my baby a totally wrong prescription and tried to blame and spoil the reputation of my doctor (a black man) for his own mistake. He was also on the phone the entire time we were in the pharmacy. I am taking him up with the authorities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST pharmacy in Lethbridge!! Chaotic, no employees seem to have a defined role, 5 staff members working but all running around without rhyme or reason. Even if you book an appointment online through AHS, you'll get lost in the scramble of walk-ins vs patients waiting. The Pharmacist/Owner can't even keep track of who's getting vaccines & who's getting tested. Nobody social distanced, no sanitizing being done nor sanitizer available anywhere but to be purchased on the shelf. Didn't even see anybody wash their hands one time. Save your money, time, health and go elsewhere!! It's obvious this guy wants to benefit financially from the vaccines and rapid tests with as many as possible philosophy, without any concern or care for the people he's serving!! Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I paid $150 for the bogus PCR test, which is fine, whatever. I needed to bring a printed form for the test. Since I don't own a printer, I asked if they would be able to print it for me. They said the "service" is $10/page. Not ten cents, ten DOLLARS. This is akin to the toilet paper resellers last year exploiting this whole situation. A 10,000% markup on a service is ridiculous. Needless to say, they lost any future business from me for this predatory practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pharmacy in the city! The pharmacy people are so rude and unfriendly. They say they will call you back but never do, argue with you about insurance payments and never have it ready when they say it will be. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not going to update your hours online, at minimum, when customers call communicate the change so people aren't wasting their gas and time.
Absolutly freaking pathetic, 2 separate employees cannot get their heads together to give the correct times things open, causing people to drive out of there way and waste time. 2 employees, complete incompetence.
2 times over the last 2 days I've been told the wrong times and wasted time driving to pick up my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this pharmacy. The experiences I’ve had were unprofessional to put it nicely. They fill incorrect prescriptions sometimes, and somehow get files mixed up. What made me switch was when they mixed up patient information, then argued with me about it when I tried to correct them on my own history telling me I was wrong. Very unhappy with this pharmacy. Other shoppers locations would be a better option.
