Great place if you have cash, nothing wrong about this place but now I certainly won’t get refunded for this fraud. Furious considering I only spent about 4 minutes..
n	nascar canman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many have stated, when using a credit card the initial charge is $19.95 however when the charges actually clear they are correct. I have been using this car wash for years and my biggest beef is allowing people to smoke. There are no, "No Smoking" signs. As a former smoker, the smoke really bothers me now and I'm surprised that smoking would be allowed in an enclosed business.
R	Rhonda Merko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using this location for almost 1 year and have been happy with it. Up until our last visit it went from a 5 star to not even rating a 1 star. Depending on how dirty our vehicles we would determine on what wash we would select. We have always been happy with it until our last visit. We paid for the wash and proceeded through and this time the under wash did not start. I noticed the phone number to call if issues and called the number left VM and the call was returned promptly with an explanation that they are currently in the process of adjusting the cycles and they had taken away the under wash from the 10.00 cycle and added additional time to the wash. Because we were in the middle of the wash he explained to check it out once completed and either call back or send a text if we are not happy and he would be more then willing to give us a free wash. I had taken a picture and attached it to a text and it has been a couple of weeks now and still no reply to the text. Going forward if they can't keep their word and follow through, why say you are open to suggestions? We have not been back to this location.and won't be returning because if you don't want to raise your prices but cut back on time of wash that no longer cleans your vehicle and promise to give a free wash if not satisfied but not even replying to a text as any kind of acknowledgement. Why would we want to support this type of business?
D	David Duval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke! Short times on every dollar spent. Change machine is broken, the variety store next to it wouldn't give me change and I left angry and with soap all over my car. Wouldn't use this again if I was paid. My advice? Go anywhere else.
