E	Erin Worobetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited about this car wash! I immediately signed up for the monthly unlimited package. However, a few months in and I'm noticing less soap being used, the first left (driver side) brush barely touches my vehicle however sprayer in the middle, driver's side seems to spray so hard that I swear my door panel bent in and out, however I checked afterwards and there was no mark. After my first few washes I noted that the hatch of my van is NOT getting washed, the brushes do not get the entire rear of my van. I'm also wondering what the brushes are made up because, at times, it seems like there are scratches on my vehicle. I really would like to continue using a system like this, however I'm not sure I can justify the. money if this continues. I should also note that I have not yet relayed this to the staff, but I'm not sure what they could do for me. Great idea though and something I would use daily if it worked 100% for my vehicle.

Unfortunately I purchased a membership but will be cancelling as I have to go somewhere else so it can be fully washed. So disappointing. New location: Tamarack
g	glennat natglen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does decent job on sides,embarrassing on the back especially for trucks. If you have anything more than a little dust it will not do the job.The vacuum set up is smart and works well.

I usually just wand wash my car but I thought I'd try this wash. I'm glad I did not have to pay for it because the job was so poor that it needed the wand wash to finish the job. The back of my car wasn't touched and the bottom of the car was still dirty. What a gift to have a free wash so that I never have to go back and pay big bucks for a pathetic job. The vacuum is great though. Very strong suction.

She is amazing and should be the customer service representative for this company! All the staff looked like they were happy to be at work, something you don’t see every day!?

They often offer something extra for free like a dash wipe or solution to help get the bugs off your car. The employees are always friendly. And the kid in me loves riding the car through with the water spraying and the cool lights!
B	Brianne Whitwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this car wash and my car is damaged. The dryer is obviously too harsh since it pulled out the trim above my doors. Never had this issue before. And to top it off,my car was still dirty when I left. What a joke.
