I payed $20 for them to look at it and then when they called me, they had me pay another $20 "for labour" when all they did was turn it on and leave it for 2 hours. I payed $40 for them to turn my laptop on and tell me nothing was wrong. There are definitely at least a few things wrong with it which is why I wanted it to get looked at. Definitely going to look for a new place.
D	David Tikivik- Sherman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad got me a new lg monitor for Christmas and it needed to be dropped off for some warranty repairs. When I received it had a protective plastic the was taped to the screen under the the plastic case of the monitor and it was very difficult to remove. Infact, one of the tabs couldn't be removed at all. When I turned it on the screen had a huge Crack in it presumably from when they put the cover on over the stickers. When my dad brought the monitor in he was told, "it worked when I tested it." When my dad asked about the stickers and even asked if the repairman if he could pull the stuck one out he tried and failed and then still somehow tried to claim he didn't put the cover over the stickers. Now I have to deal with lg directly and I will refuse to go back to pro television.

K	Kayla Geraghty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was one of only 2 options in the city to get our LG dishwasher repaired. Paid over $300 for our dishwasher to be repaired. Noticed after they re-mounted the appliance they had put a hole through the wood of our island. Contacted them to explain the damage that had been done and received a very rude response. Basically refuses to take responsibility and essentially called us liars, saying that we must have done the damage ourselves years ago when we initially had it installed. Unacceptable customer service and left with damage to my island that cannot be easily fixed. Do not recommend.

We are from out of town but they managed to take a look and gave us an estimate which was about 1/3 of a new one , Asked what they would recommend they said it was a good quality TV so it might be worth it to fix it . We agreed and left it with them . Checked in a couple weeks later and they hadn't received the parts yet , delivery impacted by the flood in BC. Got a call a couple of weeks later that it was done. As we are from out of town they were more than accommodating with our schedule and we picked it up and the amount charged was as quoted . Cannot say enough about this business , they fixed an older 50 " projection TV for us years ago and it is still going . Rather than run your TV to the landfill get a estimate first and then make an informed decision. An honest and friendly business , warranty on repairs , would absolutely use them again ..
