★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave reviews but Kevin at the Source in Park Place mall made my experience most excellent. I have gotten all my cell phones from them due to great service. Even traveled out of my way as I currently live in BC. Very informative, friendly and professional.

Either I get an honest answer and the next place to go, or I get honest help and my problems are solved. I've been coming here for years and, while I've had excellent service from everyone, I have to mention one person by name. Jay, you rock! Thanks for help, advice, and patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a google light bulb and spent 2 hours changing over to Virgin and saving a lot of money on a new phone and plan. Jay was awesome!! Such a good help and maybe it was Black Friday but killer deals!!
Oh and they threw in the light bulb… great service! Recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to The Source in Lethbridge to purchase a SIM card. I'd never really had much to do with cell phones, so I didn't understand all there was to know about them and SIM cards. Vivian helped me understand everything I needed to know to make the best choice. Jay helped us both when there was a problem at the till. Boy, these were lovely people who went well beyond what I have come to expect of clerks in many stores.
