★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if that was allowed. I have been with Virgin for over 10yrs. The only reason I stayed was they were cheaper than anyone else. They have poor customer service, so compartmentalized that they can only talk to the other departments by EMAIL. "your a phone company who can't talk to other departments except by email" and I end up doing the leg work for them. I had a broken phone which took a year to replace and multiple loaner phones that didn't work were given. Was told they would call me back within 24hrs and was never called. Was told they couldn't reactivate my phone so I had no way of contacting them to reactivate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff unhelpful. I have been a Virgin customer for years, but the last TWO times I went to the kiosk in the Park Place mall, service was awful. The first time I needed to replace a lost phone. Staff acted like this was such a burden for them to deal with so I left and went to The Source. The second time I wanted to get an iPhone so I went to the kiosk again. Again it was too much trouble for the staff to help me and they didn't seem to care. There were no other customers at the time. So again I went to The Source whose staff was very helpful. Perhaps it's because I'm a disabled senior and the staff at the kiosk figured I wouldn't know what they were talking about, or they thought they could just say, "that iPhone is $900." and continue to ignore me thinking I couldn't afford that. Well I got a fabulous deal at The Source. So guess what? I'm heading to the mall to get a new iPhone, and guess where I will NOT be going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris really helped us out today. Our 4 yr old Samsung a8 phones stopped opening apps. A compter tech tried to fix but said nothing could be done...said buy new phones was the only option. Chris went over the plans and phone options, asked what was the problem then fixed the software glitch on both phones. Free service and he did not get any sales. An honest and nice guy. He'll get my business next time for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 'merely' a phone kiosk one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Staff went above and beyond, to the extent I bought him a gift certificate for Xmas. While they made not a dime off of me was given nearly 40 minutes of their time helping me set up and transfer a phone I'd received from head office, no charge. Even put on protectors for me....these guys are worth your time. Xo
