★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my phone to mobile snap at the Lethbridge mall on Tuesday, March 13 and asked the guy if he could fix it and he said yes he could fix it right away which was great. I picked it up an hour later, paid him $141.75 and left. Unfortunately I was only visiting Lethbridge and live three hours west in BC. I called today because I’ve been having issues with my phone where it freezes and the screen doesn’t line up with my apps making it impossible to access my phone 75% of the time. I spoke to the manager who said there’s nothing he can do about it unless I bring it back to him which is six-hour drive to and from. He also said if I don’t have a receipt he can’t do anything about it. I told him I can show him my debit statement that shows a debit card transaction at mobile snap for $141. He said no this won’t be acceptable and hung up the phone on me. I called back twice and nobody answered.
I was willing to put my phone on a bus so it can be repaired but I was not even given the opportunity to suggest this. I would not recommend Mobile Snap Lethbridge as being customer friendly and will never do business with them again.
I don’t even want to give them one star but unfortunately it’s the only way I can post this.
Extremely disappointed and even more frustrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got a screen replaced by this place, the guy broke my SIM card tray it was on the weekend so you couldn't get a replacement so you were sitting there trying to glue my old one back together. and when I asked him what happened to it, he said that it was broken to begin with which makes no sense since I've never had my SIM card tray out of the holder since I bought the phone. When asked about a new tray he said that he would charge me $10 for a new one, because he said that he did not break it when obviously he did. And the screen that he replaced my original one with is a poor quality screen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly, communicative, and cheaper than other places in the city for the same repair cost. I think their mark ups for cases and accessories are a bit high and the product selection is small. Only one Google case available. Customer service top notch though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0!!! Went for a new phone case and the 2 men there both walked away, after we said hi, and decided to go for a stroll around the mall. Very unsual for a Saturday. Maybe shut it down, if they don't want to help all people.
