About Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

In Spring 2019, we unveiled the first two newly renovated Tip Top stores at the Bramalea City Centre in Brampton, Ontario, and the Southcentre Mall in Calgary. We've since renovated 7 more. We've also revamped our merchandising and product selection at all locations across the country.

The new approach at Tip Top organizes merchandise by brand and lifestyle, and offers a head-to-toe assortment of wardrobe solutions so a guy can put a look together quickly and with fewer decisions.

We've focused considerably on evolving the quality of our merchandise, with technology-driven performance fabrics that are breathable and can repel stains, as well as providing a consistent fit. "There's this outdated perception that a suit is stiff, however, with the influence of activewear and sportswear, all the technology and investment in comfort and stretch is now available in suits," says Braund. "Today's suit is defined by a tailored sensibility that offers flexibility to move and more choices in fit, making it a cinch to find the ideal match for your body, budget and style."

We left my husband's suit in a hotel two hours away. I suggested we just buy a dress shirt and pants. Tip Top had both on clearance! The guys working there were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the sizes for the clearance shirts were limited, but I guess you can't expect too much from the clearance section.

Got a beautiful suit jacket for Christmas but when I tried it on it was too small. Tried to exchange it for a size up but was denied because there was no tag on my gift. So we're out $100 with no jacket because of an unmentioned policy that is not in writing on their receipt- which we had. The worst exchange policy of any store period.

My initial experience of this store was excellent! Super friendly people working there and great selection; however, things went a little downhill when I tried to return an item. When I brought an item in without a tag I was told I could not return it. Upon showing them the receipt (a receipt bearing no evidence of this claim about the tag) they told me I should have read the policies on their website (my bad... is it just me who doesn't make it common practice to read these?). Ultimately, I was told to call the customer support line. It was a frustrating, humiliating experience that I really hope you don't have to go through. Before you shop there, make sure you check out the policies (just in case).

I have been to numerous Tiptop Tailor locations. This one has got to be the worst for service. The worker totally ignores my existence. I think his name was joshua or Jacob. I think he was scared of me.

Tried calling this store in Lethbridge to buy a suit. Tried calling for 31/2 hours. Finally drove down. I stood and avwatched the sales person who wasn't busy Not answer the phone. I was so shocked. I work retail and would be fired if I did that. Obviously you don't need the sales...

I had 3 sales people look at me and completely ignore me while browsing. I may not look like I typically shop in a store like this but after selling my house I was looking for a couple new outfits for date nights. Fully prepared to drop some substantial cash. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Yesterday my father and I went shopping for a suit for my wedding, and despite the store being quite busy, we had the pleasure of having Kai (sorry I don't know the spelling) the manager, helping us get a suit lined up and fitted! He took his time to help us find what was best and explained everything to us very elowuently. It was truly a wonderful experience and would come back again in a heartbeat! Thank you Tip Top!
