★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use their online service as if you have any issues customer service cannot fix any problems. Check out their Facebook page for the list of visitor complaints. I loved their products by am I'm sad to see this companies service failing so badly.

Thanks Erica. This place use to have excellent staff, very kind and helpful, now it has some of the Worst customer service ever, How dare you throw my items at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store today (Friday, April 15th), and the two cashier's working were extremely rude.
When I walked in, no one came up to me to say hi, or ask if I needed help. I thought it was kind of weird as the store wasn't busy.
I continue my shopping, found an outfit for my son I really liked, so I went up to the till to ask if they had it in a smaller size, and to also check the amount on a gift card I had.
One cashier was checking people out, the other was just standing there. I waited off to the side and both of these cashier's told me in a rude tone of voice that I needed to wait in line (when I walked up there's was one person in line)
If a customer is waiting off to the side it usually means they need assistance, in my 5 minutes in that store no one asked if I needed help and I ended up getting spoken to as if they were disgusted I was even in the store.
Extremely unprofessional and very rude.
