★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my winter coat for 23 bucks my husbands for 49 my daughters for 44 and my adult size sons for 49. Also a pair of winter boots for 30. Plus they took 15 percent off that cause of I spent 100 I got 15 percent off. All coats are warm boots are perfect. Totally love it there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager at Mountain Warehouse is absolutely rude. Customer service is fine but when it comes to her employees, she needs to learn to keep her conversations in the back and maybe treat her employees a little better. Go to shop and the verbal abuse I overhear is disgusting. Someone needs to look into this and deal with this woman. No one deserves to be treated this way. THE AUDACITY ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to see if I could exchange hiking boots my boyfriend bought for me online that were too big. The two ladies at the till were both very helpful in a quick refund of the ones from online and a repurchase of the same pair in the right size at almost $50 cheaper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products advertised and shown were great products at affordable prices. I've bought numerous items from them, winter pants, boots, tons of apparel. And I can't complain. Love there products, what I can complain about is the poor customer service, poor service in general.
Picking up some new boots, and for 4-5 weeks couple times a week religiously I went in to look for new boots. 2nd or 3rd trip in I'd asked when they were getting new stock. As they have the boot advertised on shelf, but none in stock. They informed me, that she doesn't know what products will be sent or refilled with the next order, but doesn't even know if they'll be restocking this advertised product. Checked back in a couple times and never any new stock. After a month or so I ordered a pair, despite not trying any on. And I already hesitant about this. Turns out it was sent to the store and it gets sent with there refill order. That was 2 weeks ago. My tracking number doesn't work, but works for them n they can see it hasn't been shipped. No reason as to why. Eventually I got the boot and it doesn't fit and the return n replacement procedure included now return the show (shipped) waiting for a new shoe to be shipped back, and trying this show on. Turn out it was just a narrow fitting boot and the purchase was rescinded anyways. 1 pair of boot turned out to be an 8-9 week hassle. While I like this store very much, this lone experienced had shy'd me away from ever ordering online again, never waiting or hoping for stock to come in, never assume the store associate has any clue about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, and though my wife didn't buy any shoes at the time, we will certainly come back for footwear. The lady helped my wife try on a few pairs of shoes, and went to the back storage area to see if they had her size, a few times, without success. Very friendly. Thanks.
