I was going to buy a Mac through Apple but they could not deliver by the date I needed so I found Iconnect World whom I knew from going into their store in Kelowna. Purchased online and was told the Lethbridge store would be shipping to Edmonton. I called the store to get an update on my delivery and spoke with Darrick. I had wanted to change the Suite # on my order to my Aunt's neighbour which he unfortunately was unable to do but he went above and beyond my expectations and said he would wrap it for me (not the best at it I was told :-) and also he said he would insert a Christmas letter and all I had to do was email him what I wanted to say....this way she wouldn't know what it was she was receiving. I would highly recommend going to see Darrick who obviously cares about his customers even us on line ones. I'm a believer that a Premium Apple Retailer can sell the same products but you get personalized care that unfortunately Apple can't provide.

Amazing salesperson! I was helped by Derek, it's refreshing to see a salesperson who loves his job. I had gone in for simple charge cable but by the time I left I was ready to buy an Ipad. The part that was the most impressive was how I was treated! I didn't feel like I was being pressured and the entire experience was just fun. Never have I heard a sales person say " From everything you have told me that's way too much machine for what you are going to use it for". He didn't lay down all of the technical jargon that you get from most salespeople and had jokes. It didn't feel like a sales pitch but an effortless conversation between friends. It was awesome, I will be back!

I usually buy my phone at another storeβ€” and I’ve never had an issue before. There were already scratches and damages on the bottom as if it’s been dropped a few times. The return policy is very strict for this reason, I assume. The only positive experience I will say is the workers were nice. I’m definitely not coming here again, though.

Their return policy is absolutely absurd. I bought an iPad case and when I *carefully* opened it I saw that it had multiple marks on it. I came to return it as I clearly would not want to pay $80 for a damaged case. However, when I came to return it they said they couldn’t do it without their manager. Ridiculous. So they contacted them and finally agreed to do. But then, they claimed the box was damaged (which was not from me I am sure of it) and charged me a restocking fee. What?! I am so upset with this experience and the manager should really look into changing this absolutely ridiculous policy. I hate bezos but I’m shopping on Amazon from now on.

Doooo not buy your products from here, order it straight from apple, it’s worth waiting for the shipping. Very Poor customer service and return policies. Huge hassle and you’ll be out the money. So much easier dealing with apple directly.

Knowledgeable staff and willing to help. Only problem is the return policy. I received an iPhone case for my new phone over Christmas but I ended up buying my own case before Christmas Day. So I wanted to return the one that was gifted. I went with the receipt in hand and an unopened box. They couldn’t return it because i didn’t have credit card that was used to buy the case?. So I returned the next day and brought her card they say they couldn’t do because the card numbers still don’t match, so I looked up our credit card history on the spot and showed them it came from the card I brought. They then said it must have be boughten on Apple Pay which explain the different card numbers. I was annoyed that I had to help the staff come to the conclusion. They definitely didn’t want to do the return for some reason. This return policy needs to change Darrell. How can anyone return a gift without making the gift giver return it for the person they bought it for? They claim it’s for theft, but 99% of the time i can return an item with a receipt and put it on any card. They are definitely making it difficult to return things on purpose. Brutal experience, I will avoid at all costs.
