★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Christmas duvet and it was a great purchase. I washed it yesterday and it came up perfectly/ No wrinkles to iron and no pilling or seams fraying. I also bought a throw for one bedroom and it was very inexpensive but looks great on the bed. They have really good bargains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very poor customer care service! I returned a defective product and the lady helping me was very rude and was not going to exchange it for a new quilt. The whole time she was dealing with me she kept saying things like, "I don't know why you had to wash it before putting it on your bed for the first time, it's only going on the top of your bed." I said to her that I didn't want my money back, I want a new one that has been held for me in the back . She kept telling me no I am going to give you your money back. I finally said to her "no!I want you to please go in the back and bring me my blanket that has been put away for me. She reluctantly wet to the back and got me my blanket that I had on hold. I took it from her and said thank you and walked out of the store. I will "never" purchase anything from this store ever again!
