★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashiers are incompetent. Management flips out at you, then apologizes after because they realize it was their mistake. NEVER use a registry with them, because you'll be told that you received gifts, despite having a tracking number to prove it never entered Canada. That was a fun couple months and 20+ phone calls to get gifts that they didn't want to give to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to make a return and had no receipt since the cashier from my last visit had entered my email wrong for the email receipt. The cashier, iris, was profoundly rude and treated me like I was an idiot and did not offer any help or solution. Eventually management was able to search the register for my transaction and find my receipt.... no thanks to iris. While we waited at the register iris also continued to tell customers we were waiting because "some people think they can make returns without receipts". Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order and my order sat for days, an issue at their end, nothing to do with me. I finally called when there was zero progress on my order, about 6 days after placing order. The customer service person was professional but wouldn't give me straight answers about whether I would actually receive the item if I re-ordered. I checked online, product was no longer listed. I pushed to speak with a supervisor who then told me my product was out of stock now. The supervisor then said they would process a refund. No compensation offered whatsoever for their error. They will no longer receive any business from me and I was previously a very loyal customer. Not any longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. I don't like to return stuff but I bought a sunscreen for my daughter's with sensitive skin and they both had sever reaction to it. I could not find the receipt but with not hesitation they returned my money on my original purchase card. Very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got very good service once I found someone to help me, however.
It took almost 20 minutes to find help.
It was very hard to figure out where things were and once I found a section with items I wanted they often had too little information to figure out which item suited me. Many items weren't priced.
They place has a very overwhelming smell of off gasing and incense which I can't stand.
The parking is tight.
It's a pain to get into unless you are traveling away from down town and a pain to get out of.
The selection of in store items on very sparse, just huge piles of a few choices with everything else online. Every item I wanted was on line only, I ordered those that I couldn't get elsewhere and they did come very quickly even with the current shipping issues, however they did not have good item descriptions so after all the hassle the items I ordered don't even fit what I need (I ordered 2 of the same organic mattress cover).
I have showed here maybe 5 times in 17 years and it's always been the same underwhelming experience.
I doubt I'll go back.
