★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ring with small diamonds on it. Within the hour of wearing it, one of the diamonds fell off. I came back the next day and the manager refused to give an in-store credit, refund, exchange, fix it or give me the Artisans card. Even with the knowledge that it was only wore for an hour. If you want affordable quality jewelry, go to Lucky Bamboo or Culture Craze. Don't waste your money at the artful hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday me and my roommate went to the mall having a bit of a lackluster day :) the amazing staff in The Artful Hand went absolutely above and beyond showing us some items and we had a really great time. Totally made our whole day. Y'all rock ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a jumper and a beautiful scarf at this very eclectic unique store full of art pieces and jewelry, loved browsing around as they had a lot of ideas for family Christmas. The staff were very friendly and gave me advice on their bars of hair soaps which I decided to also purchase and now love the product!
Definitely one of my favorite shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely store full of surprises! So many wonderful and beautiful things. My discovery were the lovely Italian linen clothes in the back of the store. In looking at clothes, the ladies in the store were so kind, helpful and attentive. Thank you to you all for the great service. I look forward to coming back and discovering something else new to me soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve already given a review but here I am again with another because the people who work here are pure gold. I work at the hospital and the other day I went in looking for a particular protective stone on a durable chain for these unsettling times, and one of the women was so kind to help me find and pick one out, and THEN gave me a generous discount so that it was within my budget and I could use the gift card I had on hand. In all honesty it made my whole month and I haven’t taken the pretty little thing off since, neither do I plan on it. It’s so perfect.
Thank you to the staff at The Artful Hand for being so kind, genuine and personable, because times like these it’s hard to come by. ❤️
