★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing owners. Great customer service. I bought a puzzle from them last night, online. You can't go into the store right now due to the pandemic, so they dived to my front door this morning for no extra charge. (I am local). All the while they were in constant contact with me via email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a puzzle that was clearly tagged as 19.99 but when it rang up it was over $25. They said their system says it is 22.99 and the price in system is what is used, not the sticker price. Make sure to check that you are not being over charged. They are ripping people off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the assistant manager on 07.19.21 who served me this morning. Unfortunately, I have forgotten your name. However, I took a chance and took back something to exchange for another few toys but did not have the receipt. Although, I understand that this is not typical protocol, the young man refunded my money (100 dollars) and put it on a gift card for the store. He was a gentleman and I very much appreciate him doing me a favor as I bought the item well over their allotted time to accept things for a refund.

Biggest plus..staff. The customer service there is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One of the better stores in the mall that is always well looked after. My kids love it.
I highly recommend it.
