She is amazingly talented and I always look forward to the fun and laughs we have at each appointment. I would highly recommend Jasmyne , or any of the other wonderful professionals at Faces Body + Soul.

Jasmyne is an amazing professional, gentle and very knowledgeable, I wish I could get facial treatments with her every single day! It was very confortable and relaxing, my skin feels amazing and I definitely will be back :) My husband noticed that my skin looks radiant as well! I had in the same day after my facial treatment the brow tint with Kaylene, super kind professional as well! I had some missing spots in my eyebrows, but now looks much better! 5 stars all the way ✨? thank you!

I understand they have to sanitize after each appointment and that takes time, then they should not have the appointments back-to-back. I arranged to have a babysitter so I could make this appointment and it was extremely frustrating to be turned away. Not only that, their prices are higher than other salons, so I would expect better service. I suspect the owner of this salon would not want customers turned away, particularly if 4 staff members are standing around and not doing anything.

She was very thorough, did a great job on callus removal, nail care and paint and gave a great massage. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Kelowna.

I was shocked to see the lower price of 50$ for manicure with gel and 10 per cent off on that day of the week. I was very impressed with the service. It’s been 23 days and my gel has not even chipped. It has only grown out and I can’t wait til next Tuesday to go get them re done! They have nice top of the line equipment, clean and although it was before her lunch Emma seemed happy to do my nails and took her time. She even gave me a very nice hand massage. For 40$ the service I received was amazing! They also have a great choice in colours and some very cool glitters that I would not expect to be included in that price but are. It’s been a long time since I walked out of a place actually super happy with my nails and not even been able to find one imperfection! I would of been happy even if I had paid double the price! ? The tech next to us seemed to be doing a beautiful job as well ☺️ Thanks Emma!
D	Danyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in with some free time, they got me in within a 10-15 minutes with Carla which was amazing! I didn't know what I wanted but I told her I liked ashy fades. She was super honest and upfront and told me that they can be difficult to achieve and time consuming and that was appreciated but she totally nailed it. Im so happy with mine. She was even so comfortable and fun to talk to! Overall great experience. I love my nails, and I will come back + recommend. I also want to add that I forgot I had a blister from a burn on my finger and I wanted to cover it and they rushed to help me with a bandaid. ? Small detail but really shows they cared.
