★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told her that I wanted my eyebrows the same shape and thickness and just cleaned up around the edges. She proceeded to arch them and thin them out! One eyebrow is longer than the other and it was way more painful that any other threading I’ve ever had. I’m almost more self conscious now than I was before I got them done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this salon for many years now. I was assigned an expert stylist I've never had before and she was amazing. I was so happy at how quickly and efficiently she had cut my hair. Definitely the best Salon in Orchard Park Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up to my appointment and front desk lady was on her phone. Walked around the front of the store and the front desk lady is still on her phone. 10 minutes later the manager came out. They said sorry and that’s all. When my stylist came to get me she didn’t ask what I was looking for in a hair cut. I told her I wanted 2 inches off and tons of layers and my hair to be thinned out. At the end of the appointment She asked how my hair felt. I told her to thin it out. She put thinning shears 2 inches away from my scalp. Now I have tons of hairs sticking up. Not the hair cut I was looking for as it looks the same as I came in. I wish the stylists would ask what you want before assuming what you want. And for a 30 year old lady blow drying the hair to style it only makes the hair more fluffier. Where is putting curls in or straightening my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While feeling like I had balayage done well at the time and was happy with the results, it didn't take me long to notice a lot of inconsistencies. The color was applied very sloppy, with little to no blending from the ends up.The ends of my hair were uneven and I had a lot of longer stray hairs. My hair is naturally curly and I didn't notice this until I straightened my hair. For over $300 for this service, I expected much more from a "senior" stylest! Will never waste my money and time here again....very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim is the ONLY person I let do my eyebrows, she talks to you beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want, and puts in extra effort to get the desired outcome. She listens to any concerns and explains what she is going to do before she does it, to ensure there are no “surprises”. 10/10 would recommend Kim for any “eyebrow needs”, and she is also fantastic with eyelash tints too!
