★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is absolutely crazy. I like the clothes for men — they're great. For whatever reason their return policy is absurd. Even if something is discounted by $1, their team is still unable to return an item with a receipt and the original item and tags within 1 day. It's insane. No returns on sale items, and they don't exactly tell you that when you buy things.
Like the clothes, but beware of their return policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager was extremely helpful while having to conform to a Guess policy when it comes to exchanging an online order. Guess's policy to exchange an "on-sale" only applies if the item is still "on-sale". This policy is ridiculous when wanting to exchange for a different size. Store Manager made my experience much better, but still disappointed in the policy itself - to no fault of the lovely staff.
