★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in earlier today for a specific shoe. The website stated I was able to pick it up in store at the Kelowna location, when I went in the male staff member informed me it wasn't available I mentioned the website stated it was, he said "oof! did you come all the way down here just for them?". This was extremely uncalled for and made me feel super uncomfortable, he was quite rude about it and brushed me off! Went to journeys instead and the staff were much more helpful ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store in Kelowna today was terrible! The service was TERRIBLE. There were plenty of staff standing around but none were helping customers. The store was busy yet they focused on attacking a single mother shopping with her daughters. She explained she had a medical exemption from the mask and yet still she used a plastic face covering and the store was more concerned with calling security calling her names and ridiculous behaviour verses just helping her. I’m disgusted. Myself and a number of other customers all left at once it was so gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today to buy some Doc Matrens 4 staff members behind the counter none of the floor.. waited a few minutes holding the shoe I wanted to try. My mom said "excuse me" even made eye contact and no one moved or said anything. So I said "guess I can't buy this?" Again eye contact but no response. So we left and I spent my $200 else where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for boots for my 3 children today and while the kids were already trying some on, we were approached by an employee and asked to wear a mask. I have a medical exemption which I explained. She said too bad, we were not welcome in the store. So we left and spent $340 at another store where we didn't face discrimination. Reading the review of another customer with a similar experience 2 months ago, the owner responded saying that shouldn't have happened and would be dealt with. Well, it appears it has not been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took probably 20 minutes before someone came up to help and she said, “do you need help you look awkward.” I’m an autistic 21 yr old women I always look awkward, no need to point out. There was no selection and seemed annoyed when I asked for a size even through there were none on display. Management should have more staff on. Appalled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very busy store but the staff tries their best to provide good customer service. My experience at this location was amazing. Very helpful staff despite being super busy. Dont listen to rude customers! Let them walk in your "shoes" lol
