★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I visited this Mark's on a recent vacation to Kelowna. A large and spacious Mark's with an excellent selection. I'm a big guy and was able to find large sizes, which I really appreciated. I purchased a couple of nice shirts, much needed for winter. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Would definitely go to this Mark's again if in Kelowna again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier was very rough with my items basically shoved my items in a bag. didnt even bother to take the security tag off of my shoes. spent around 200 dollars two pairs of shoes.

The discounts offered couldn't make up for the delay in checking out. This is not the first or only time I've been disappointed with their service since they've moved locations. I like their products, hate their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday, December 20th we purchased a carhart toque in Kelowna mall. Young lady cashier was totally rude. Took the toque from our side of counter and never said a word. Gave us the total price to pay. No hello. No please. No thank you. Did you find everything? I gave her my triangle card and she snapped back that card was for Canadian Tire. Not sure why these young ppl do not understand that they should not work in a customer service job. Then she went to tell us she didnt take cash on that till after we waited in line for 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manager and staff. The supervisor was so rude. Had zero customer service skills. We asked one of their employees to check the price of item and he said its on sale. Took that item to the cashier, waited 35 mins in line to check out and when it was our turn the cashier told it was not on sale. We explained to them that one of their staff members checked the price and told it was on sale and we are waiting from last half hour. The supervisor came and said she will double check, took another 10 mins only to say it was not their mistake. I told her to call that guy and ask him. She started talking so loudly only to embarrass us in front of the whole crowd. She should learn some customer service skills and better not practice racism next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get some great prices if your patient and wait for their store wide sales. A few times a year they have 25% or 30% off the entire store. Great time to stock up on everything. The line up when checking out can get long so you must be patient. Quality of clothing is exceptional. I rarely have to take anything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and friends all shop at the Orchard Park Mall location and I wanted to take a minute to write a brief review.
We are all extremely satisfied with the level of customer service and the deals Mark's has on a consistent basis.
The store is always stocked and organized with a staff member on hand if you need assistance.
My wife is in the health care industry and we have purchased multiple pairs of scrubs.
If you are looking for scrubs - make sure to check out Mark's. We didn't know they have a ton of sizes and varieties.
Today we went in and I bought a pair of winter boots and a toque for my son on sale and spent well under $100.
There was a long line up, but it was surprisingly quick and the cashier was great.
I've heard the store is under new management and I can definitely see the changes that person has made.
