★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of buying stuff on sale here. When I returned a pair of jeans that had a ripped seam from the factory that was bought on sale I was informed by the general manager that the company policy is to charge you the difference between the sale price and the full price on returns. On top of that the managers were both rude. Will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate this a big fat ZERO! Horrible staff. I never really shop here, but I decided to go in with my mom over the weekend. We were looking at some clothes on one of the hangers. I was touching one of the sweaters and checking for a size when one of the younger employees comes over and starts sifting through the sweaters I was looking at and kind of pushed me out of the way. She didn't seem to notice her oblivious natures, so I just laughed it off. Then my mom and I were looking at some more clothes on one of the tables when the same employee and another one comes over right into our space again. Only this time she pulls the drawer out from right below my mom and right into her knee cap really hard. She said sorry and kind of giggled to her friend. Me and my mom walked right out that store to never return. Honestly, do they even interview these kids? I do not recommend going to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not once were we asked for help or offered assistance. There was another girl in the dressing room who asked for a small size of what she was trying on, the employee never came back with the skirt so the customer had to get it herself. We have shopped many times at this particular American Eagle and have always been happy. It was a very disappointing experience. I think customer service is really lacking in this particular store.

I ordered an online gift card for my 16 year old Son on September 1st. After speaking with him, he advised that he hadn't yet received the e-card. I called American Eagle this morning and spoke with Miranda. It was some of the best customer service I have ever received when calling in for an issue like this. She was polite, apologetic, sincere, and quick. She resolved the solution in under 6 minutes, and it was an absolute joy to deal with her.
Great job in training your customer service staff on the telephone American Eagle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are inattentive to customers. The two young workers in the change room were having an in depth conversation and I felt like a hassle having to “disrupt” them to get a room. When I requested an alternative size, I again had to break up a conversation to get their attention, and then they proceeded to continue to chat for a minute or two before they both went out together to get the other size. Their jeans are a thin material and subpar compare to competitors for their price. Garage jeans are by far better quality for less money.

There is nothing I hate more than shopping for jeans but she was so helpful and made it a positive experience. I ended up buying not one but two pairs of jeans which never happens. Thank you Maddy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wear a size 12 long jegging IN THE SOFT DENIM.... they never have it in stock. It seems as though they cater to the small sizes but the reality is size 12 is normal. Please get some diversified stock in... I am a regular customer at American Eagle. I have been buying their jeans for many many years so if they want to keep people as customers they need to keep their product on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the best experience ever buying jeans, even though I was vague on what styles I even wanted/thought I would like. The sales gal Maddy goes above and beyond! She was so helpful and kind helping me pick out pairs she thought I would like. Hands down best shopping experience I've had in years, thank you Maddy!
