★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store. I generally deteste clothes shopping and the overwhelming employee assiantance that comes with retail but Grace has it down packed (in the best way). The staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to browsing and outfit assembling! I have no problem trusting these lovely staff as they themselves have their own individual style and I can admittedly say, I do not. Not entirely sure how there are bad reviews as I have had nothing but good experiences here. I make it a point to shop here everytime I go to Kelowna!
Shop shop shop! Buy buy buy! An outfit LITERALLY for every occasion. I never get tired of receiving compliments on my clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE EMPLOYEES. I’m not usually one to give reviews (especially bad ones) but was SHOCKED by the service I was given. I walked in without anyone greeting me, which normally would be fine but as I looked around I noticed that everyone else who walked in was greeted. I also listened to the salespeople check on everyone except for me.
When I found a dress I wanted, I approached a young employee (blond hair, but they all looked the same so it’s hard to identify this exact one) and asked for a fitting room. She told me to wait for one to open, which I had no problem with. I waited for 10 minutes, watching the girls check up on people and continue bringing them clothes, etc before leaving. I will not wait for over 10 minutes for a dress.
No acknowledgement as I left.
I also listened to the employees stand around and gossip, which I saw as incredibly unprofessional.
Cute clothing, but the employees are awful. Would shop online if they have an online store but never will shop in store again.
If I had been given even a nod or smile as I walked in, out or walked around I wouldn’t have been inclined to leave a review but this was disgustingly ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Grace yesterday Nov 20th and what an AMAZING experience. I've only been in once before but from the moment my sister and I stepped into the store a worker named Braedyn greeted us with the most upbeat and happy personality I've ever seen a worker have. She helped me find what I was looking for and more! I cannot say enough of how amazing her happy smile, attitude and joy to be at work was. She went out of her way to help, gave great feedback on how clothing really fits and even picked out another dress I hadn't seen but that was similar to what I was trying on. I ended up purchasing an adorable outfit! Thank you so much Braedyn, I cannot wait to see you again and when I come back to this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like a fossil when it comes to the current fashion trends and find the mall overwhelming in general. On Wednesday as a last ditch effort to find some bottoms I headed into Grace and was instantly greeted by Bailey P. She kindly helped me find 20 odd bottoms to try on, explained how they are meant to fit, and made me feel really good about the ones that I settled on! I really appreciated her kindness and patience turning my mall day into a great experience. I will be back to find a few more pairs of pants! Thanks Bailey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store a zero starts I would, I am appalled to even have to write this review. My daughter and her friends went in to try on dresses, my daughter looking for a dress for our upcoming vacation. An employee would not allow her to try on any dresses telling her that "dress up time was over". Treating her and her friends so poorly all over their age. When I called to talk to the store manager, there was nothing but excuses for this poor unacceptable behavior. We will never shop here again, will gladly share this horrific experience with anyone who asks and will look for vacation dresses at Aritzia.
