We got my engagement ring from Ben Moss in August last year, and a diamond has already fallen out (I take good care of it so there's no reason why that should have happened other than it wasn't set right). We called to ask about fixing it, and were told that the guarantee wouldn't be honoured and we would have to pay in full to get it replaced, simply because of change in ownership. The receipt says Ben Moss, the store says Ben Moss, but because the owners changed they won't do anything for us. Way to create a negative feeling about something that should be so special. Forget it, we're taking our business elsewhere.

I walked into Ben Moss with my Fiance hoping to shop for wedding bands on a slow Wednesday evening. There were no other customers in the store. There were two ladies working in the store, who I said Hi to, they didn't even acknowledge me, they looked at me and then just kept talking to each other. I walked out of the store and don't plan on ever going back. Pathetic Customer Service.

Terrible customer service. They lost my engagement ring when it was sent for sizing, tried to give me someone else's when I went to pick it up, and then argued with me when I pointed out that wasn't my ring. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The company's customer service never replies to emails and the soldering on my ring broke in less than a year. Don't waste your time or money here. Its not worth it

No pressure or attempt to upsale from the staff unlike most other jewelry stores I visited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with their products and found exactly what i was looking for in minutes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I went to the store 5 times in total. The first 4 times I went, none of the employees even looked at me. They didn't care to help me at all. The fifth time though, a lovely lady named Jo-Anne helped me! She allowed my fiance and I to try on many rings and we both found amazing rings for a GREAT price. I recommend going to see her if you're taking a trip here. Thank you Jo-Anne!!!

My friend and I went to a few jeweler's so we could help each others boyfriends make a decision, and we both felt the ladies at Ben Moss made us feel really comfortable and were very helpful, especially Anna. At other places we felt rushed or judged or snubbed or all 3. I ended up finding my favorite ring here and Anna gave my fiance a great deal!

Bought my wedding band from them, with a bunch of small stones inlaid. One of the stones came out, and after a couple interactions their service was... uninspiring. Guess they have good service for diamonds, but this wasn't a diamond and they just recommended I take it elsewhere. Guess I'd use Ben Moss again if I needed to, but there's lots of other jewelers in town for next time. Service just wasn't very good.

Cookie cutter retail. I was extremely surprised when the jeweller didn’t know the difference between palladium and platinum and insisted they were actually the same thing… huh? ??
