Not only did they search high and low for the diamond I was looking for, but they managed to get it at an incredible price. John also used his top tier skills and crafted the setting EXACTLY the way I had envisioned it to be. John’s work and smithing skills are unmatched, Kim’s knowledge about diamonds and the pros/cons of various metals is immense, and the rest of their team has proven to be very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with as well. Their customer service has been first class, and as I am in a service industry myself, I really appreciate the way they operate and bend over backwards to make sure you are nothing but thrilled with the end product. During covid times she went above and beyond to make sure we received our ring on time. We also got our wedding band custom made here. She understood exactly what I wanted and had it created. Love my rings!

K	Kael Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an engagement ring through European Goldsmith. The service was pretty good to start. I cant remember the name of the lady I dealt with. I had the ring custom made so it was going to take a few weeks to get here but was told it would be here before the trip I had planned to ask the big question. It didn't show up in time because the diamond didn't fit the ring properly. This was a bummer but I was okay with it. The ring finally comes in and I go ask the question. Afterwards my fiancee tells me that European Goldsmith left her a voicemail a couple weeks prior to me asking the question asking her to call them back. When she does they say there must have been a misdial. I am assuming they mixed up who had bought the ring for who and accidentally called her instead of me. So unfortunately the surprise wasn't much of a surprise after all. Pretty disappointed, wish I had gone elsewhere. I will say she loved the ring and I was also impressed with the way the ring turned out.

The watch stores in the mall adjusted the watch for free. Won't be giving them my business or recommending it to anyone. I understand the charge for their service, but the fact that it took less than a minute and the lady said it was so easy to do, does not encourage me to promote them. It was not the speed that was the issue...it was the fact that they charged me $20.00 for something that the professional watch stores in the mall did for free.

My diamond is irreplaceable and the practice of switching stones was my biggest fear, I got my diamond ? back and they made it shine like it was new! I am one very happy customer, thank you ?
