★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest Okaped on Pandosy to anyone. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule and got me in right away. They ordered in a brace that is very supportive for my injured knee. Jessie was easily able to answer all of my questions and encouraged me to contact them if I had any additional ones.

After struggling with a complicated neuropathy that makes walking efficiently very difficult, I went to Okaped for an assessment, new orthotics, and shoe recommendations! Wow - wish I hadn't waited so long! Jo was not only understanding and kind, but very knowledgeable, thorough, and very proficient in her work. I had new orthotics and shoe recommendations in just over a week! Plus lots of advice and considerations. I highly recommend Jo and Okaped!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated by Jeff, who was very informative and confidant in his assessment plus a very pleasant man. I am grateful to him for his analysis of my knee issue during his assessment. The turnaround time to pick up my orthotics was impressive. Petra, at front, is very nice and good at her job. I was a little shocked to find out how much orthotics cost when she gave me the bill but overall I was very happy to have gone here.

The whole experience at Okaped was amazing, from the time I walked through the doors until the time I left! Jo was very thorough with the biomechanical assessment - you can clearly tell she is passionate about what she does! After implementing only a few of Jo's suggestions, I started to see improvement within about a month. I cannot thank Jo enough for helping me on the road to recovery and would highly recommend her.
