Held me accountable as requested, and has been very helpful throught this orthopedic process! I wanted to know the why and she explained that and then some!

The staff at Okaped are knowledgeable and conscientious, and are very adept at getting just the right solution for their client's needs. They were very thorough and patient when explaining how to use my new Knee braces; this is a company that takes pride in the successes of their clients! They've helped to keep me in an active lifestyle, and for that I thank them.

The service I received was prompt, polite and proffesional. They had me on my way , gratis, in no time at all with nothing but respect for a business that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two gentlemen who helped me were very polite and professional, however the receptionist did not take my calls for 3 days until I took half a day off of work and drove to the shop. The gentlemen who answered the door as well as the one who fit me for a brace were both pleasant, professional and very polite. The receptionist was very rude, she threw the debit machine on the counter in front of me, neither placing or handing it to me. She ignored me when I asked how her day had been. Then she said "here's your receipt" and tossed it towards me, neither handing or placing it. Knowing people have grumpy days I said to her "Thank you very much for your help, I hope you have a great rest of your day!". She stared blankly ahead and muttered "yep". I was left feeling very uncomfortable and shocked at her lack of professionalism and basic human skills. She was impolite and the reason I left two stars were for the two gentlemen who helped me through the process. The lack of 3 stars was for how poorly I was treated at reception and neglected on the phone. I would recommend this shop as most importantly I'm satisfied with my knee brace and found the two gentlemen very professional and helpful.
Good luck with the receptionist, I hope future customers can get through and are treated better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience there, I learned a lot about how I walk and what my options are to correct it. Who knew taking a video of how you walk could reveal so much! Super professional staff, receptionist included! She was very friendly, it was nice to get a reminder phone call the day before, and while I waited in the front room the day of my appointment, we made good conversation, not just your typical small talk. Definitely recommend this Okaped!
