PRIME Physiotherapy and Performance

I've been to Prime for several different injuries and have always had a great experience. Most recently, I saw Aaron who knew exactly what needed fixed as soon as I told him the symptoms. After 3 appointments, my injury is feeling better. He never pressured me into booking more appointments than I needed which has been the case at other clinics. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good physiotherapist!

I am so thrilled to have found Ingrid Witt as my Physiotherapist! I came in with a pretty acute back injury and she was so kind and attentive during my treatments. I had IMS done as well and she explained the treatment thoroughly beforehand so that I was comfortable with it. I genuinely felt that she focused on my body wellbeing as a whole as it related to my specific injury. Not only did my back feel better, I left more educated on my injury and learned some new exercises too that will help strengthen my back to prevent future injuries. Everyone there was extremely friendly and the clinic has such cool modern vibe to it as well! Great first impression. Would highly recommend.

PRIME Physiotherapy is an outstanding facility. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful, willing to answer all questions clearly, and help with booking or changing appointments. The automated appointment reminders are helpful. Their website is easy to navigate and I appreciated being able to go online to make or change appointments. I also really appreciate their connection with PRIME Medical in the same building. In terms of the care I received from my physiotherapist, Jordan Ruder, I can not say enough good things about him. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and explained his treatment plan clearly, but he is extremely personable and approachable. He supported my recovery with both in person treatment and provided me with a personalized program to work on at home. I had some complications with one of my injuries and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was receiving the proper care. I have recently moved to Kelowna and did not yet have a family doctor. Jordan encouraged me to connect with PRIME medical across the hall and, within a short time, I was receiving care from both facilities. This worked out extremely well as Jordan was able to connect and confer with my new doctor about certain issues, making my recovery that much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend PRIME Physiotherapy to friends and family and would highly recommend Jordan Ruder to provide any treatment in physical rehabilitation or injury recovery. I was involved in an MVA. My specialist recommended PRIME Physiotherapy. He said they will take good care of you...He was not wrong. They are very positive, personable and driven team. They are not just doing their jobs, but genuinely loving what they are doing. They truely want your best possible recovery. As you can see from the photos, it is also a state of the art facility with an amazing gym downstairs. It is obvious why they are so well regarded...simply put, they are incredible. Its the only place I would recommend. Thanks again PRIME for all the hard work. You ROCK!

I came to Gerome for a second opinion on an injury that had been affecting my performance for 6 months. Although he came out with the same diagnosis, his approach to resolving the issue was different than my current prescription. I noticed an improvement within weeks, and a full recovery in a couple of months. Very grateful, and I will be returning soon.

I arrived at my appointment about 15 mins early. I parked in the underground parking as usual. As it is free for Prime customers during your appointment. I sat in my car for 7 or 8 minutes and notice the Diamond Parking person writing a ticket for a vehicle directly across from me. Anyway I Left my car and went up to the Prime office. Gave them my license number and sat down. It was probably 4 or 5 minutes before my appointment. Then the person at the desk asked me if I could make the payment ahead of the appointment. I said sure. This is when I realized I left my wallet in my car. So I said I’ll be right back. I went down to my car and retrieved my wallet and the parking ticket off my windshield. I went up and made the payment for my physio and handed the person the ticket. I said I just received this. They said. Well, is your plate in the system. I said yes. And they had the correct plate number entered. They said it would be looked after. A few weeks later I received a payment due of $111.50. I called Prime. They said they would look after it. Then I received a final notice. I called Prime again and emailed them. They said they would look after it. They didn’t then they told me they can’t do anything else and passed the buck to the property manager and said the property manager has looked after it. All lies. Diamond Parking hasn’t heard from either of them. So I guess I will post this. I know it’s not to do with the physio aspect of the business but f it. They deserve this review. Even if they correct it tomorrow. My appointment was February 1/2022 Its now April 11 and I still owe!!!!

Gerome Louie has been my physiotherapist for almost a year now. He has been a part of my healing process and has helped me along my journey. He makes me feel very comfortable and is very accommodating. We have taken things step by step and I have gone from not being able to be mobile to being able to now walk to and from my appointments. We have strengthened my muscles surrounding my problematic joints overtime and I am seeing and feeling the results. I am very happy to have him on my side and trust his knowledge and treatments.
