She is most disrespectful, ill mannered and rude lady. I went to see a doctor at prime medical and they booked my appointment with Dr. LEROYER I was waiting she came in room not even she greet me she just sit and start asking questions as I understand I just went for my checkup and prescription but they way she was speaking with me was very disrespectful and the way she was looking and saying this is just 10 minutes appointment I don’t have enough time to check and right prescription or until unless I have to pay for prescription she was so racist as looking at me she was asking you know English or not like what the heck everybody is gaining at least a knowledge of basic English language before entering to another country I don’t even want to give one star to this doctor. Highly dissatisfied and not recommend to anyone AND just one personal advice if that lady have any personal issue from her family or somewhere she should not be on shift she have no right to insult or spoil her patients day I am so mentally disturbed after meeting this lady she don’t deserve to be a doctor.

I have seen three doctors at Prime; Dr. Rene Vorster for my pregnancy and postpartum, Dr. Botha as our GP for both myself and my son, and Dr. Jokhan for my son specifically. Each interaction and doctor have been the best medical care and attention I've ever encountered. Not only are they kind and patient, but incredibly knowledgeable. I am incredibly grateful for this wonderful team.

My family uses Dr. Matthew Smith. He has been super professional and super helpful. My wife has many, both significant and complex health issues. Dr. Smith is receptive, patient, and provides excellent advice. Happy to send her to referrals as well as willing provide documentation/write ups for our many and varied health applications. This also applies to myself and my kids. One could not ask for more more from their family GP.

The staff is very friendly and the General Practitioners Doctors shows compassion for their patients. The practice is set up for easy referrals to Specialist Doctors. Since Prime Medical location there is other practices from Prime Medical WalkIn Clinic, Prime Pharmacy, Prime Physiotherapy & Fitness Center, Bill Nelems Pain Clinic, Kelowna ENT clinic, Hearing Clinic and is close to other Specialist just moments away in the next building. There is ample free parking for Prime Medical patience.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone this place is toxic just like Dr. Renee Vorster Worse dr in my life I have witnessed. I would NEVER EVER recommend her to anyone especially a pregnant women. This women will give you 3 times more stress than you are already going through. To name a few things she will call you with a detailed message contact ASAP it is urgent …, and then you have to wait 2 days before speaking with her and find out not an urgent matter at all. If you have concerns she will not listen to you at all except to criticize you for everything making you feel bad about your self what you just told her and going forward with judgements uncalled for the worse feeling every appointment. Imagine her saying DO YOU WANt To TeRMINaTe YOUR Pregnancy. What kind of women would say this to even a first time mom when she knew it was planned and even said oh so you planned this. 1st none of you business she will go in gave details about your spouse forgetting you main concern Baby - Also if you have an infection and when you ask for a prescription she laughs at you making you feel humiliated. This women’s tone is so transitional when your crying about issues you just need to have someone listen to she gets mad at you and try’s to make it even worse making you feel like your a bad person then calling you mental. This women is a fake and I’m not kidding she has no feelings or concern for anyone else. Please for your own health and safety get away from her - you might even keep trying to give her 2nd and third chances but your health is not worth it. I can tell you I have now found the most wonderful human being who is so caring that I blame myself for waisting so much time with the dr before. Please people and friends do not trust this dr for a second to take care of you I was miserable when seeing her and weeks after seeing her and even meetings before seeing her, her treatment is intolerable I speak of good and wrong and this dr is 100% wrong for you.

New to Kelowna? Good luck if you’ve found a Dr. @ Prime Medical! They seem to have a problem with retaining doctors! I was lucky, mine moved to another office, but my husband’s left and they could not place him with another, nor did they find a replacement! Not sure what is up with this medical group, but not one I could recommend with any confidence.

Dr. Hart has been a wonderful blessing for the care of my elderly mom. He is kind and compassionate at a time when my mom needed it the most. As well, I love that he takes time to review diagnostic reports and explain rationale behind treatment recommendations based on recent research.

Dr Bryce is amazing. He's always very attentive and listens to my needs. Gives great advice and we together find good solutions we both feel comfortable with for any of my treatments. I have confidence in him as my Doctor and value his professionalism. I'm so greatful for Prime medical being my clinic.
