A	Amy He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the old lady at the reception was very unfriendly. The first time I went to at 4:00 pm. she said it was full and you can come tomorrow . But tomorrow when I went here she said you must call for a advice that how can you come here at the next day. So I come back. The next day when I called then I find the phone number is wrong. It was a very disappointing experience and I have not to see a doctor.

Wendy McIntyre ruined my relationship with my doctor but worse is the fact that he let her determine our relationship which was very good until she stepped in and ruined it. What a shame that he would let this rotten miserable woman determine his patients outcome. The worst part about this situation is this woman is a neighbor of mine, she lives right behind me. I had given her daughter numerous pieces of clothing as a little girl and yet she treated me with disdain and disrespect and nastiness.
A	Anne Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't see my doctor, 6 hour wait at the urgent care center, all walkins at capacity.Luckily I called this clinic, which was also at capacity, and the receptionist said she would have Dr. Hughes call me . The call was timely and he set up an appointment and took care of my problem that day.A fabulously pleasant experience after a frustrating few days if trying to see a Doctor.
B	Bosh Jalyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a new prescription, and when I called they set me up with an over the phone appointment. I spoke with a doctor the next day and got told my prescription would be sent to my email, which was great and I thought it would be easy from then on in. Since I've called, it's been over a week and I still haven't received it. I got a call yesterday from the receptionist asking for my email so they could send it over, so I gave it to them again, and they said they would send it right away. Nope. Still didn't get it. So I tried calling again today, while they are listed as open, and got the answering machine. The urgent number won't even ring either. I've sent an email as well with no response. I get things are busy but it's incredibly frustrating trying to organize a ride to pick it up (as I live an hour away) and finding out that I can't pick it up regardless. Today was the only day I could make it and was hoping to have it in time, but now I know I've taken off the day to get there for nothing!

Reception was kind enough to book me a phone appt right away to see whether anything could be done/diagnosed over the phone. The doctor was an informative British Lady and gave me options, and a follow-up visit to Dr. Butterworth a few days later was smooth and convenient as well. He was thorough in our discussion and I now have a straightforward path to recovery. Great service each interaction.

Would not recommend coming here any kind illness because they can't even tell time. I always thought doctors were supposed to be helpful......
