Ordered Bulgogi meat , noodle paid full order. Got was 3 thumb size pieces of regular cheap flat beef with 90% noodles and a few vegetables. Totally not what the menu says. No taste at all.

I first went to this place, because they had those little take out boxes like you see on TV, and I always wanted to eat out one of those, but I was surprised on how much I actually like it there, and the two people that run the place are awesome, it is definitely my go to for a quick bite to eat!

I currently work part-time for a food delivery company that I won't name, and I spend a fair amount of time in restaurants waiting for orders. The behavior I have seen from too many customers this past year is appalling - from the extremely impatient customer to the man-child who yells at a 15 year-old hostess about mask mandates (your beef is not with the teenager in front of you). And my profession is no better. I often see delivery drivers glaring at staff while waiting for orders – like it's gonna make the food appear faster. Many restaurants need to hire foreign workers because Canadians like me are too spoiled or lazy to work in a restaurant. And then customers have the nerve to complain that their English isn't perfect! I guess I'm old-school, but if I don't like the food or service, I give the staff another chance or I simply take my business elsewhere. I don't have a complete meltdown, go online and post a negative review to try to cancel a business or make staff lose their jobs because the service was sub-par or my meal was not up to usual standards. Constructive criticism? Sure. Whining, cancel-culture verbal diarrhea? Do the planet a favour and cook at home. Service is slow? Drop off a resume and pitch in! Almost all restaurants are understaffed. But getting a job in a restaurant would necessitate hard work and mental strength. Much easier to criticize from our iphones while sitting on our couches. I have picked up many delivery orders at Wok Box and received excellent service. The staff continues to do a great job of keeping us fed and served DURING A PANEDMIC. Staff are facing risks and challenges that many people (especially those working from home) do not. Keep up the great work, and happy holidays!

Food was okay. The staffs didn't seem to greet the customers wellβ€”okay let's be fair: I came here at about 8pm that day. They were probably tired already. Wok Box is arguably a medium-fast food restaurants. Serves the dishes pretty well with carbs, protein, and veggies. The drawback? Too little protein for the price. I wouldn't say WokBox is bad but I wouldn't come here often. It's good for once-in-a-month thing in my opinion.

Young lady took our order and got it wrong. We were charged double. When we asked her to make what we actually ordered she got upset. When food was ready she slammed it down on the counter. Was very awkward and uncomfortable. Food was good but will not be coming back

Absolute garbage. I first tried to go to this place years ago when it first opened. Unfortunately, when I went there it smelled like badly burned food. There was no way I could eat there. It literally smelled like the apocalypse. I left and finally decided to try again today. I just wanted a quick lunch before shopping at Superstore. There were only two employees working. It was about 1pm and when I ordered I was told it would be at least 30 minutes. With no other options in the immediate vicinity, I decided to order and wait. A note on the menu board indicates that there is a 12 minute guarantee on all orders between 11am and 2pm. I waited for my food and it took nearly 30 minutes. When my number was called I asked for the $5 voucher that was mentioned in the 12 minute guarantee. I was told by the employee giving me the food that my order didn't apply because it was less than $35. The menu board mentions no such stipulation. It only says 1 voucher per entree. Since no entree actually costs $35, I'm not sure what he was talking about. Regardless, I was hungry and just wanted to eat. So I took my meal and didn't press the issue. And after tasting my meal I'm actually glad I was never given a voucher. I ordered butter chicken poutine. It tasted nothing like butter chicken or poutine or any combination of. It tasted like hot garbage. I finished what I could and immediately left. If there is anything positive about this experience it is that I didn't receive the $5 voucher and have absolutely no reason to ever return to this awful place.

I had ordered 2 Sumo butter chicken with a touch of spice. I spent $40 and got spice with no butter chicken to the point of my mouth was on fire. Safe to say, I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Customer service? What on earth is that? Clearly lack customer service!! Poor poor poor!!

This place has always been good, but unfortunately today we watched employees wear masks under their nose and constantly touching their face. As well, one employee, not wearing gloves, shook hands with a customer and then went back to preparing food without washing them. The manager was understanding and provided a refund, but the employee hygiene processes need addressing.
