J	John Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been buying groceries and other items at the RCSS for almost 20 years. Recently they have implemented a no cash return on the 18L jugs. The deposit is $10 per jug. Now I’m stuck with 8 jugs that I have paid deposit on, that’s $80! They told me that I can exchange the empty jugs for full ones without paying the $10 per jug. I’m not buying water anymore. So I’m the one left holding the bag. Very poor decision here to not return my money. Like the saying goes, “If your happy with the service you’ll tell your friends, if you’re not happy you’ll tell everyone. This is the beginning of me telling everyone that’ll listen.
T	Tax Payers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't ask me if I wanted bags with a $250 purchase... also no mention of pc points so I forgot and missed out on a pile of points. Not impressed at all. I followed through and called the number below... was told they will retrain...thanks?

Found everything with relative ease and a good selection of all the items we came in looking for. The floors were pretty dirty but all in all a great shopping experience.

D	Deb E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros & cons to this store. Have not had an unfriendly staff encounter which is important and a nice perk so thank you staff! Not always the nicest looking vegetables/fruits, & have found mold on items often - sometimes not til after I get it home to unpack and then have to make a trip back to return it and that has started to get annoying to the point I split my shopping trips so I don't buy my produce there as much. I think right now it could be due to staff shortages but still - yuck. The other stores I've used don't seem to have that issue, just saying....also, and this is a personal pet peeve, there are a lot of grocery carts with screwy, godawful noisy screeching wheels - maybe give them a check once in a while and fix them lol! I spend a lot more time in a store shopping with a cart I'm not fighting to keep in a straight line or trying to lift it off its one rotten wheel! And on the subject of carts, please bring in more of the small ones - those big ones are a bear to shove around - even the ones with good wheels!
S	S Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are friendly except the old lady in lotto department. Did she know what her job is? Rude and mean. I didn’t feel like I was treated like a normal person, not even say I was a customer. If she can’t handle the job, she should retire. But most of the staff are very nice, that’s why I still rate 2 stars.
