N	Nicolette Fuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's getting worse. They can't seem to keep things in stock, grocery shopping there's a 50/50 chance there will be things you can't find there. The ENTIRE pharmacy was closed and blocked off tonight at 6pm, couldn't get Tylenol or Allergy Meds. TONS of staff... 100% ALL standing around in clusters and groups talking, not helping customers or stocking. Place was SUPER busy and barely ANY of the self registers were open while only 2 actual tills were running. But hey, plenty of the staff were having a great time chit chatting among themselves.

Staff never pays attention when something needs to be scanned by an actual employee, or the machine has to be reset… so you’re left standing there for forever until someone actually looks over and acknowledges that you need assistance. Half the self checkouts are closed all the time anyways, so what’s the point? You still end up waiting in a lineup, only to have to deal with a real employee anyways. Every time I’m there I see eyeballs literally rolling into the back of peoples brains while they’re dealing with those stupid machines. If they want to streamline the shopping process, they’ve failed, big time. Two thumbs way down.
B	Boast Media on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited close to an hour for “quick” pick up. Was forgotten and watched other cars that came after me get their food. Not great customer service. If you have an hour to waste then mine as well not use the pick up service.
P	Pat Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just have to love the cheaper prices they offer. Because it’s a very busy store and serves tons of people you would think they would have trouble stocking but they do a great job of making sure items are available when you are shopping. My favourite thing is check out time. It’s usually very quick and if you need just go to the self check out. My only complaint is the cleanliness inside and mostly outside the store. Update: Have tried to talk with management but they are not listening. Some should not be in management. Need to spend a little bit of their money and hire security instead of having a worker deal with problems. That’s not right… Gave them 4 stars before but until they deal with upper management they only deserve 1.

Great prices ?? and tills are fairly fast at getting you through so you can pay and get out the door. THANKS Walmart ✌? Keep Smiling ?
c	cyn rog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated rudely by a door greeter (employee) and luckily the store manager was paged and then assisted me because i was beyond offended. She had physically blocked me from entering and told me that the store was closed. It was 10:38pm! I said i was sure their store hours say open until 11 pm. She said the doors are closed at 10:45pm. I said to check her watch because it was only 10:43, but when she first got in my way was 10:38. She then shut the actual doors in my face. I told her to get her manager. She ignored me then 8-9 mins later he appeared. I explained what had happened and the time I had gotten there Etc. He apologized and escorted me through the store to get the two things that I had come for. I have never been as insulted by an employee of a business I frequent, as I was by that woman.
O	Olivia Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there a reason why there are very few shopping baskets in the store? I am a frequent shopper And for the past 2 months it seems I can never find a basket? There are none at the front door and none at the end of the tills. I find it overkill to have to use a shopping cart for only a few items, but I also find it hard to shop while having an arm full of stuff. I would have spent more here if I had more room in my arms!
E	Ember N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ normal walmart place. same as in vancouver, burnaby, newwest, and richmond since it's a big chain corporation. pharmacy is a bit small and light on staff. they are good in handling medical returns. good medical care as well. my mom didn't have insurance and they suggested to register her so she can get her meds on the day. WOW! GOOD JOB PHARMACY STAFF! the place is a bit clean but staff is not enough. would go back here if i needed more stuff to buy and when i visit Kelowna again.
