★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to mentioned my husband and I were disappointed in the custom service we were given. Staff not knowing we were there to pick up a large purchase we paid for the night before. Then once we received the purchase we noted there was marks on it so we asked if there is anyway they can re order a new one. The lady told us no they do not do that. So we asked if we could have a discount she gave us $50 bucks off a $1400 purchase seeing herself that there were some scratches regardless if it was from the store or the factory a new purchase should look like a new purchase. The 5 different staff we delt with were very unfriendly and beyond unorganized and its too bad we did not get the same lady from the evening before. I hope for the next time that we are there as we spend money there frequently we receive better care as that is their job, because if that was how I treated someone at my job I would be talked to if not more.
