Great products but very poor customer service. The manager, Len, has been left several voice mail messages (at least 4) regarding a warranty issue that β€œthey supposedly stand behind”. It has been over a month and no return phone calls. Again, great products but I would recommend purchasing somewhere else if you want the customer service that comes with expensive/good quality furniture.

Disappointing customer service. I paid full price for a chair ( which I was lead to believe was Italian and in their Toronto store) and waited 6 months for delivery. I called numerous times to find out where the chair was. Not one person phoned back with any info. 6 months later I received the chair which came on a slow boat from China. I asked for a discount...to no avail. How disappointing.

We order two power recliner and a couch from Marshall's and we had some damage on the couch. Marshall's followed thru with making everything right. My husband and I find they stand behind their products.

Stellar! From walking into the store to the Staff and the Delivery service - perfection. Amazing selection, knowledge staff, friendly and helpful. I say it is the best furniture store in the Valley :) Perhaps all of B.C. My new table is fab. Highly recommend

Very poor experience. We found something we liked and wanted to get measurements of three different configurations and prices to order. Weeks later, we still don't have the info requested. We were ready to put a deposit on our first visit, if only we could get the info. We feel this was very unprofessional and poor service. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: We feel you still have not provided the quote for what we discussed with Lindsay, what you have sent is incorrect. This is exactly the problem, we feel YOU ARE NOT LISTENING to us! You have now not heard back because, we have lost confidence in placing an order. We feel it just shouldn't be this hard to spend money at a store. We feel you are very skilled at excuses, so, let's maybe call it our fault and we will not inconvenience you any further?

Amazing experience! Why? The attitude and genuineness of the 3 staff that approached me over the course of 25 minutes to ask how I was doing. Clean & organized location along with a wide array of products with some very good pricing.

We purchased a power recliner and were very happy with the product and quality but had a motor issue about a year later. They were very helpful and sent an excellent repairman out a few days later who fixed the problem. We would definitely shop there again and highly recommend. them.
