Terribly low quality company. You will regret getting anything from this company. The cabinetry is literally the worst I have ever come across. Clients are rarely satisfied, let alone happy. The manager is a greasy slob. Go anywhere else to get your kitchen.

I went to Dream Easy Kitchens looking for a drawer handle from a Kitchen reno done by them probably about 10+ years ago. They had some leftovers in stock & they went in the back room to dig one out for me. You don't find this type of great service everywhere these days. Much appreciated & highly recommend Dream Easy Kitchens :)

We were very happy with all we had done with Dreameasy. Installers were great. The process was easy. Our office space with Murphybed And built-in storage helped sell our condo. We had refaced our kitchen and vanities as well With Dreameasy-no issues at all-we were pleased with everything.

DO NOT use Dream Easy! All we wanted was a simple bathroom vanity, sink offset to the left, 3 drawers to the right. When it was installed it had: Centre cut sink 2 crooked drawers No 3rd drawer Chipped kicker Crooked kicker Knobs for the doors drilled incorrectly Left cabinet door hung lower than the right Glue all over one side Front crooked Whole thing was very un-level Faucet hole drilled too close to sink Scratch in quartz top Wrong edge profile on quartz counter top Huge gap between the counter top and the vanity on the left side The owner Neil, was VERY disrespectful, never took the time to actually listen to what we wanted. Tried to convince us everything was our fault. Was consistently in full denial over his own mistakes. He was pushy, ignorant, he gave us the runaround, and made this whole process very frustrating. Multiple trips to our house by both Neil and the installer seemed to only bring more problems with quality of workmanship and customer service. It wasn't until I hovered over the installer myself and showed him how to fix multiple problems, that most of the issues were fixed. We've decided to live without the third drawer, scratched quartz top with wrong edge profile, and I'll somehow come up with a solution for the faucet hole being drilled too close to the sink myself. We DO NOT want these people in our house again. They were extremely aggressive about about paying upfront, we agreed to pay for some upfront and the rest when installed. When we went to pay the remainder and they're showing that we owe more than we agreed on in our original quote. We have receipts that they gave us when we made our first payments, that they don't seem to have copies of themselves. They couldn't even give us a complete receipt for all the work done and our payment for it. We started the this whole process in September, here we are in December and it's still not finished. Bad Yelp reviews, bad Yellow Pages reviews, and multiple complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in the past few years. What a terrible business...

My NIGHTMARE with DREAM EASY KITCHENS! (Fraud and Perjury and 700% mark up) Dream Easy Kitchens management and staff have No Morals or Ethics and should be avoided at all costs! I took this company to court as they deliberately shipped me Melamine Cabinet facings instead of Wood as I originally ordered. I choose a colour and style and it was clearly indicated on the original contract under the word WOOD heading and on the line that reflects the word 'WOOD'. After receiving the documents DEK submitted to the credit card company dispute department, I discovered they deliberately altered the original contract by whiting out the word "WOOD". (I have proof as verification by a photo copy expert that they deliberately did this.) This effected the outcome of my case with the credit card dispute resolutions department. Unfortunately, the credit card dispute department did not reopen my case even though this was a case of fraud. My bad luck continued when the court judge would not let me refer to my credit card claim. This was my 'smoking gun' that DEK committed FRAUD. DEK counterclaimed for $4100 for product and services which included installation. I received the remaining product, but they refused to install the product or refund me for the costs of installation ... even though it was included in the original contract. This service would have cost me $3800 plus tax by an independent supplier ... yet, DEK took my money for installation services they refused to provide or refund me for!!! This is EXTORTION!!! Sylvia Anderson and Neil Bradbury both purposely lied under oath by stating they showed me actual samples of colour swatches and a catalogue featuring styles - neither one did this. (Sylvia showed me a speckled black and white photo copy of a style of cabinet door option only.) They both collaborated a story and the court believed them. Had DEK communicated that I picked a style and colour of cabinet door that was made of melamine/vinyl as opposed to solid wood to replace my existing solid wood cabinet doors, I certainly would have been given an opportunity to correct their mistake before they even started to produce my order. I made the mistake of trusting them. Most importantly, my contract was $9240 including GST which reflected the cost of solid wood cabinet doors (yet they delivered vinyl/melamine). The delivery service inadvertently left me with DEK's cabinet maker/supplier price list for my actual order. The total estimated cost DEK paid their supplier for my order was approximately $1100. They marked up my order by approximately 700%. Another huge rip off! Blair Carlson, the operations manager threatened to put a lien on my home, seize my real property or garnish my wages if I did not pay the counterclaim that covered the cost of installation services they refused to do or refund me for , even though it was on the contract. As a senior pensioner who lives on their own, I was clearly taken advantage of and would never recommend this company to anyone. I have no problem verifying all the above as being factual (documents to support my case). BTW. After picking a style and colour, there was no follow up service by Sylvia Anderson - she took the order and never called to verify my order changes on the contract. DEK did this on purpose because I chose a colour and style from a Cabinet Display in their showroom and yet it was the material they delivered is what this entire case was riding on - WOOD to replace solid WOOD was what I expected. They saw an opportunity to purposely rip me off and make a huge mark up. If they supplied me with WOOD materials that I ordered and expected as per the original contract, they still would still have made a significant mark up. The reason I've updated my original review is I've heard so many other complaints by unsatisfied customers. Their response to my review will be a lie ... guaranteed! Like I said, they have no morals or business ethics.

This is the worst company we have dealt with! Extremely poor installation! Blair has no interest in any follow up to see if customers are satisfied. Also Sylvia came to our home 3days after we went in to make arrangements for our new counter tops. She was good but also never returned calls to see if we were happy, her only comment was tell Blair. We only read the Poor Reveiws after we made arrangements. Obviously we are not the only ones disappointed with the results!.

Nice enough counter tops (which you can get anywhere), but very poor quality install. Visible seam in high traffic area, and though only installed a few years ago the undermount sink has literally fallen out and the tap is now loose and needing repair. Wish is had done my due diligence and found these other reviews prior to using this company.

I used Dream Easy Kitchens to design and install some cabinetry and floating shelves for our great room. Sylvia is an incredibly talented interior designer who designed the wall unit and turned our vision into reality. Blair provided excellent customer service and quickly corrected a couple of deficiencies that we had and all of the installers did an outstanding job. The end product is absolutely beautiful and actually turned out better than our expectations. My experience with Dream Easy Kitchens could not have been better and I have no hesitations in recommending them.
