I used Century Lane Kitchens to supply and install new cabinetry for a large loss Restoration project. Durwin Werner in sales provided top-notch service from start to finish. Calls were always returned promptly, the product was delivered and installed on schedule and with no hiccups. The installer Matt was very professional and efficient and did a beautiful job on the 2-part crown. Being in restoration we also frequently need small repairs completed on water damaged cabinets. Durwin went out of his way to provide an innovative solution to repairing a large kitchen island when no other cabinet company would take on the job...Not even the original cabinet manufacturer. He even did the repairs himself. I highly recommend Century Lane Cabinets.

The company does not seem to have a quality control process as several items were delivered with defects and had to be re-ordered, which delayed the installation (this happened three times for the same kitchen project). Delivery staff damaged product during delivery. No protective blankets or other wrapping was used to prevent damage during transport or delivery. The quality of the cabinet material is very poor, there are lots of chips in the laminate which the company promised to touch up but never did. The company is also refusing to honour a warranty claim.

Not only did we find him to be both professional and personable, he was able to bring to the table many great ideas as well as answer any questions we may have had. His many years in installing has definitely given him the leading edge in sales! Our kitchen cabinets are now installed and the transformation is amazing! I would highly recommend this company AND this salesman!

The cabinets did not fit the space and had to be cut which delayed installation, a big panel had to be taken back to the shop to be painted, needed 2 people to install cupboards and only 1 person showed up which delayed installation, parts missing upon completion and it took about 2 weeks for them to come back and complete this project. Would not recommend.
