We were able to take the one they had in stock home and try it in our room with no obligation to purchase. The matching chair was at their Vernon store and would arrive in a couple of days if we decided to purchase. There was no pressure to complete the sale. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, stylish and worked in our room perfectly. I have purchased other furniture from Beachcomber and have found the quality is excellent. I highly recommend this store.

One was during Covid when some were waiting up to a year for a tub but they managed to find a cancelled order for us and we had it within a few months. The installs were smooth, even in Big White onto a 3rd floor deck. The service has been exceptional - especially dealing with Jason. We can’t say enough about the customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beachcomber Kelowna to anyone. We won’t buy anywhere else!

Throughout the years, we have bought a complete bedroom set , a Flexsteel living room sofa, a unique- looking occasional chair , a rattan bedroom chair and some bookcases there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is good. Les is our main contact there and he is always ready to help. It is nice to have a reliable store such as Beachcomber Home Leisure in Kelowna.

A month ago we packed up the stools because they were squeaking loudly when turned and there didn't seem to be a solution for fixing it. As we walked into the store and I shared that we were there with an issue about a purchase I wasn't sure what to expect. Often a return changes the tone of the encounter. It was truly a joy and I wondered if they understood clearly why we were there. When do you ever get a friendly, accommodating, no problem "Let us take care of it for you" I have never had such a great experience when having an issue! This family owned business as I found out cares about your purchase no matter what. It is one thing to be treated with respect, concern and joy when a sale is being made but a problem usually wipes the smiles away. They were soooo acommodating, friendly and concerned for a solution I didn't want to leave the store. We all run into issues from time to time but it is how they are handled that reveals whether the retailer is actually THERE FOR YOU. We were greeted by one of the family owners and it was clear he was grateful for our business. What a great family business, maybe they will adopt me!! If you know anyone shopping for their home please send them to the great family owned and operated "Beachcomber". You will not regret it. Thank you once again guys. I will definitely be back!!!!

Plus you get rewards every time you purchase products and when you reach a certain amount, you get free stuff like a new hot tub filter. I would highly recommend this store!
