This was new build; kitchen, bathrooms, built ins and garage features. Bill and his team hit that mark! Working with Dash of Modern allowed the final build process to come to life. My wife and I recently renovated the upstairs of our house and hired Dash of Modern to supply and install the kitchen and master ensuite cabinetry. Before the project began, Bill came in for an onsite consult to take measurements and do a preliminary project scope outline. After the initial consult, we went to meet Bill at his shop to do put together a virtual layout of the kitchen; Bill listened to us and made recommendations based on his experience. He went through each cabinet to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our project scope was as follows: -8' x 6' island with useable cabinetry on both sides -Section for wine/beverage fridge in island -Built in microwave -L-shape surround along the walls including pantry and built in, panel ready dishwasher, plus appliance garage (very cool feature, highly recommend!) -Massive pantry with slide shelves -Master ensuite vanity with white oak finish, 8' long Throughout the whole process, Bill was highly detail oriented and his main priority was making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He wasn't afraid to think outside the box to deliver. Bill's crew was very punctual and were a pleasure to deal with. They were very respectful of our space and were highly efficient and knowledgeable. Also, they weren't afraid to stay late to get the job done to keep on track for a schedule. We've now been in our house for about 1 month now and I all I can say is WOW! I really couldn't imagine how we could've gotten a better cabinetry package, everything is exactly how we wanted it, it's actually way better than our best expectations were. We get constant compliments on our kitchen and people are always asking who did it, well, it was Dash of Modern. Also, the cost for materials and install was extremely reasonable. If you're looking at adding cabinetry in any section of your home or business, you'd be foolish not to get in touch with Dash of Modern. I highly recommend Dash, they're going to be my first call and referral for all my cabinetry needs in the future!

We were happy with the finished product, but the customer service was definitely lacking. The installer forgot to put all the plumbing cut outs in the cabinets, so when the plumber came to install the new appliances and sink he had to try and guess where the plumbing was and cut it out again. It cost us an increase in our plumbing bill for them to do the work (and it doesn’t look great as the plumber was using a hand saw on the inside of our new cabinets), but it was better than paying the plumber to come back a second time and then trying to chase the installer to come back and finish the job. When we went back to Bill at Dash of Modern requesting that he give us refund of the extra several hundred dollars we had to pay the plumber he refused. Then after haggling for a week or two he finally told us he would pay us $75. This doesn’t even come close to the amount it cost us (especially on a total installation cost of $3000 we pay him for the original cabinet installation). It then took me three emails to get him to actually send us the $75. We thought it would be an apology and an immediate refund when we sent the plumbing invoice, but what we got was a lot of excuses and a negotiation. The finished product is nice, but this company doesn’t seem to want to stand behind their work, very disappointing. It’s a good thing this only cost a a few hundred dollars, hopefully the rest of the work and the products last as I know Dash of Modern won’t back it up.

Totally great experience from start to finish! Bill was extremely patient and helped in both the base design and also the finishing touches to our kitchen. Didn't hurt that we managed to have some fun and joke around as well!! The guys that came out and did the work were top notch - polite, good workers, and made sure everything was right before they left. All in all, I would highly recommend Dash of Modern to help out with your reno! Well done, all of you.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I started in August and by the end of October still had no kitchen ordered. There were days and even a whole week between emails and then no response when messages were left for both Kristina and the owner Bill. I also asked for a product list so I could place the order myself and got no reply. I can understand when a business is busy but there is no excuse for this total lack of communication. This left me scrambling to figure out how to order a kitchen on my own. Fortunately it wasn't too difficult , it came in one week and delivery was cheap so I would recommend to everyone just do it on your own. I was charged just under $800 for this lack of service.

We had a great experience with Dash of Modern from beginning to end. Liana was so helpful in measuring and designing a great layout while listening to what our needs and wants were but imparting her expertise in design as well. Liana and Bill were amazing with getting the product we wanted despite delays from shipping containers, Covid and floods in the mainland. No one else will go to the lengths these two did to secure product. Pricing was good and Bill and Assiz were professional and did a great job of installation, accommodating our scheduling as well. IKEA cabinets are great quality using solid boxes and smooth glides. Most door front are Manufactured in Italy so again quality is excellent. Our process started in October with a measure and design and our cabinets were installed first week of February. Dash of Modern was ready to move faster but we delayed due to Christmas and Family issues. Bottom line: We love our kitchen. Communication with the team was exceptional, cost was reasonable and workmanship was neat clean and solid. Couldn’t be happier! This team is professional and we highly recommend!
