Erin very patiently listened to what we wanted then guided us through the selections available. Once we picked she ordered the sizes we needed and called to let us know they were in. On our return trip, she even loaded them into our vehicle for us. The rugs look beautiful in our new home!

Showed her a picture of our space on my iPhone and she was able to come up with some fabulous selections in various price ranges. I settled on one of her recommendations and brought it home. My wife loved it so I can’t say enough about Erin because I have no decorative taste whatsoever!!! Thank you. I highly recommend Jordan’s for area rugs : )
W	Wendy Dyck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Erin at Jordan's in Kelowna She gets a 6 out of 5 rating. We used loose lay vinyl plank in our condo and it turned out amazing. The strata required an underlay to mediate noise and Erin was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to use and what to do. The installer was great as well however we did have some problems with some cracks but Erin was amazing at coming to oversee repair and ensure it was corrected. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and this was by far my best experience. Thanks so much to Erin and her team!

That is until I had a problem then they went ghost silent. In January of 2022 i had a transition strip snap in half, We talked to the sales man that helped us Gary i believe his name was and he said he would get a price and get back to us. Nothing... after 3 weeks i went into the store and they said they would pass the message on and he would call. Nothing again.. i have since left more messages and I even went in again where I was told by a gentleman at the front desk that he couldn't help me and Gary is a busy guy that gets lots of messages. I get that but how many of those are from me unanswered. Absolutely pitiful service. Once they got my insurance money apparently they cant be bothered to help me out. I wasn't even asking for a free transition strip, I was more then happy to pay.

I’m also looking at flooring and new carpet and Erin explained the difference in carpets that would suit our house the best . I was very impressed with the customer service .

She was absolutely amazing and helped me pick out the most amazing flooring that replaced the floors in my kitchen/living room. Russ the installer was very professional, delightful and did amazing work as well. Everyone who has seen my new floors absolutely love them. Without a doubt the next time I need any flooring done I'm heading back to see Lindsay and Jordan's Flooring has the job and I highly recommend Jordan's Flooring.
