Sorry to say that. But it's the worst experience that I ever had. The after service is so bad. I bought a laptop nitro 5 with one year warranty. I had problem with charging the battery. So I sent it back to the warranty before ending. Mybe one month. It was in June 2021. After one month they called me and ask me to call acer to have warranty number reference which I never had. Because acer said it should be through London drugs but no them. After another one month they accepted to fix it in London drugs. After more than 2 months. They couldn't fix it. And they send it back to acer. This time take another 2 or 3 month. Finally I got it back after more than six months. It's on February 2022. And during this time. No one had sent me any update. Every time I should call them to know what happens. And they didn't fix the sound inside the laptop (noise when I shake it from bolts inside). Honestly, don't buy laptop or any electronic device from them. Because the warranty is the worst. If it was Apple. They would at least gives me a gift card for only one week delays.

I went in to get my MacBook keyboard looked at because one key was sticking. Richard broke the internal components of the key when he took it off my keyboard. They're now refusing to pay to have it fixed. They made my situation so much worse because now my key can fall off my keyboard at any given time and I can't get it replaced without paying a hefty fee. I'm so disappointed.

Had espresso machine on sale for 299.00 so I ordered it online for instore pik up. Did not receive confirmation email so I went in two days later, was at the store for 30 mins. They couldn’t find it then they said they found it n put a rush on it. Following week still received no email so I emailed them n they responded that they cancelled order. Omg who does that n plus don’t tell you. Was very angry. However jn the long run bed bath n beyond put it on sale for 320 plus 20% coupon ended up only paying 295 with taxes so I guess they did me a favour

I bought a new bedside clock today, It was $50.00 after tax. Got it home and took it out of the box. It was obviously used and it was dirty. Someone must have had an issue with it after using it for some time and then returned it. It looked as though it had been sneezed on, it was disgusting. So I packed it back up and took it back. I told them what condition it was in but something tells me it went right back on the shelf anyway. I'm not planning on buying anything from these guys again. If you do, open the box and have a look before you buy.

not the type to leave reviews but its been 6 days since i took my disposable camera to get developed (usually takes abt 2-3 days), i have tried calling 3 times today to check order status and it rings so long it eventually ends the call. Dissapointed in the lack of customer service and speed. Usually great but i hope this isnt the new normal.

I have always used the Kelowna London Drugs photo lab to make copies of photos. Their customer service used to be excellent as well as the quality of the photos. Yesterday, I took my USB to make copies using the self-serve terminal. The program had changed so I needed a little bit of help to get started. One of the employees came but he was very rushed. I did get the basics, though, and started figuring things out on my own. One terminal was out of service. Another one needed the use of a mouse, and was quite slow. Then I switched to another terminal, but the screen kept freezing. By this time I had spent almost an hour...I was only able to submit half of my order. When I approached again a couple of the employees with my concerns and if they could help me speed up the process, or if there were any other alternatives, they were unhelpful. I was told these machines take time and to be patient. I felt they were rude and uninterested in any way to assist me, even when there were no other customers. I was very disappointed. So, I went to the Walmart photo service. It was my first time there. I used a self serve terminal and I was able to complete my order in 10 minutes, and the photos were ready in an hour. It is very unfortunate, but because of my experience, I will not be returning to the photo lab at London Drugs any time soon if ever.

Went in Sunday morning to use Flexiti card. Flexiti was down. Michael was very helpful and apologetic and said he would call when the system was up. He called at noon. I went down he retrieved my basket and we proceeded to process the order. They would have got 5 stars but i spent 30 minutes between the 2 visits that day, standing at customer service. That was me he gave the $5 gift card to that day boss. The representatives there were very friendly and chatty the whole time.So 5 stars for customer service from me. Good selection of products and very clean store

I need a new desk fan and I have a $100 London Drugs gift card. I went to the online website for this store, and they had plenty of desk fans in stock according to the website. I picked one I liked and it said this store has 1 in stock. I arranged a ride to the store and searched, but couldn't find fans anywhere. I asked the 2 employees who were chatting in the electronics department where fans were. They said aisle 8. Nope, Dyson air purifiers. Camera department, no idea. People stocking the shelves-no idea where fans were. Customer service told me they don't sell fans. As I was leaving empty-handed, I commented to the woman at customer service how they should update their website to reflect they don't sell fans. She goes on to say "It was printed 6 months ago". I'm not talking about a newspaper flyer, I'm talking about your website. Called the store manager and was told they have tons of fans in stock. If I'm a supposed "valued customer" at London Drugs, why didn't a single employee sitting around chatting offer to show me where the fans were hidden? I have shopped in this store since the 80s when they were on the other side of the mall, and I'm sad to see their customer service has declined so badly. I'll sell my gift card and get a fan at Walmart.
