★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ruined my sweater. I brought in a sweater that a restaurant spilled catchup on immediately after it was spilled. Now I have a hardened catchup mess on the sweater. I should have cleaned it myself. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

I had to call over 4 times to get through because someone kept picking up and setting the phone on the side without saying anything and when they finally did she was extremely rude and snobby. Zero stars if I could. They will never get my service and I highly reccomend you dont give them yours either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has ruined multiple items of mine by overpressing which resulted in a sheen on the fabric when there isn't supposed to be one. This happened multiple times. I continued to take my things there after the first time because I wanted to give them another chance but then it happened again and it ruined my $400 suit. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four of my sweaters were returned to me smelling dirty and like cigarette smoke. The sweaters did not smell like that before they had been cleaned. Also two other sweaters were returned with holes and rips. I have had both sweaters dry-cleaned in Vancouver and have never had this happen to those sweaters. I asked for a refund for the sweaters that were returned dirty and the ones that were ripped. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for the manager to call. I have been in the store and called, and the manager has not called back. I was told today by an employee they refused to refund any money. I will never use this company again. Do not take your clothes there!!! Terrible service!!! My clothes came back dirtier than when I dropped them off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I utilized the dry cleaning and steam pressing services of Eco Clean Dry Cleaning...1 suit to dry clean, 3 dresses to steam press, and 1 shirt to press!! I had communicated with Bart in advance to confirm that we could get an overnight turnaround because of a wedding we were attending!! We were flying in from out of Province!! Dropped these items off at 1pm and they were available for pickup next morning by 9:30am!! I have very high praise for the services, the staff were so pleasant, courteous, professional and sensitive to our needs!! For us the margin for any error was not acceptable!!! This Dry Cleaner, the staff get a 5 plus out of 5!!! I highly recommend this place and the staff!!! Thank you Bart & Team!!!
