★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely LOVE this store and the awesome staff! Having clean and sustainable skin care and beauty products is very important to me and this store delivers on all fronts. My go-to staff member Tasha is so amazing at helping me find products that will work for my skin, lifestyle, and budget. I feel comfortable knowing the staff here will recommend things that will actually help me. Future customers, keep in mind that natural products need more time to show results! I was worried my eye serum was doing nothing after a few weeks, but Tasha reassured me waiting would be worth it and it has been! Thank you to Portia Ella for being my go-to store for self-care products :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an exceptional experience with Natalya at portia-ella. I went in to buy a cleanser and she pulled a few options at different price points based on my skin concerns. She actually let me wash my face in the studio so I could feel the after effects of each cleanser and I ended up walking away with the one I least expected because of how amazing my skin felt afterward! Natalya is so knowledgable and she will make sure you walk away with a product you are happy with.

Lea was incredibly welcoming and spent the time with me going over my skin concerns, what I was looking for, and educating me on various different products. She was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. I left with a bag of products and was thrilled. The service was amazing and I highly recommend visiting this local gem and learning what they have to offer. Im super excited to try my new products. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with one thing on mind, only to realize what I was hoping to grab had ingredients in it I’m allergic to. Natalya was there to help me find an alternative! She checked the details of each line they carried to make it easier for me to know which products I could use, and then helped me with some testers as I then couldn’t decide which product to buy! We then talked about some skin concerns I was having and she gave me a sample that I’ll be going back to buy, since it was exactly what I needed. Overall she was very helpful and so friendly!

It's completely a judgement free zone, and after receiving some samples a couple weeks ago I returned this weekend and picked up some products that have made my skin feel fantastic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in here the other day with my cohorts. They came in looking for healthy beauty products and were really happy and satisfied with what was available. They spent some time trying different make up and told me all about how the make-up sold here was all natural and vegan and healthy for thier skin. Did purchase some nice aftershave for myself and look forward to testing it on my skin. Place is clean and well organized. Have great mirrors and lighting. If you are looking for great make up at decent prices this is a place worth stopping in at and experiencing.
