As a person who uses he/him as my pronoun, the service was terrible, I also asked for support on a product from manager Amanda and she was not flexible nor even concerned to solve my problem. And this is how online sales will thrive !

I have been to this store multiple times but they never offer you any complimentary samples with the purchase. When I ask for it, they just give you 1 for the namesake and there is no option to choose because all they say is we are out if it. Why would the only store in Kelowna always out of the freebies, it's clear they don't want to give. This is the only thing that restricts me from going to the store even when I know I would get my stuff the same day, instead I choose to order online because you get atleast 3 samples which I think is worth trying or waiting for. 2 stars for the courteous staff who is always ready to help.

I actually never have a good time shopping for makeup, but this sephora in Kelowna had such nice customer service. Wish I knew the girls name who helped me, but she was so sweet and very helpful.

I was in last Friday & have been having many concerns about my skin as I've been going through a period of stress, been dehydrated, & I'm aware the cold weather & masks don't help. Christine, who was the skincare specialist who helped me out was incredible. She listened to all my insecurities I've had regarding my skin lately & was able to find some cost effective products to help with my hyperpigmentation & hormonal breakouts. One week in, the products have helped improve my skin dramatically & I am very pleased with the concern she had for my skin & the service she was able to provide for me. Thank you Christine!

I bought perfume for $161.22 and was charged 3 times for a total of $483.66. one order went through and the other 2 are pending for 9 days now. I was told last week that Sehora only placed the order once, now they say they are reversing the charges which will take approx 7 to 10 days. My credit card is useless because it says I have no funds when I have credit, Thank you Merry Christmas.! &%$#

Sorry very long rant … Very disappointed with the floor staff in Sephora, I entered the store and was approached by a female staff member who asked me if she could assist me. I was looking for a product and couldn’t remember the name and she was more or less impatient, and in a very loud voice β€œumm I’ll get someone to help you”, I waited and I could hear her chatting to another staff member a few aisles over β€œummmm she’s just over there hanging around etc” (in a rolling her eyes tone of voice). I waited and waited and the same girl that approached me initially came up to me and said oh I so you found what you wanted (where was the girl she asked to come and assist me). She then proceeded to go to the entrance and started dancing and laughing with the other staff members. As I was waking out she said oh have a good night!! I looked at her and just walked out…. v poor customer service in the sense of not feeling very welcomed and was not assisted… I felt humiliated to be honest… never again and I’ll be ordering online from now on- date visited Saturday 12th of March 2022 / time 4:30ish

Just a personal issue, the store had very strong perfume that I am unfortunately allergic to and my throat started to dry up. So I had to get in and out as fast as I could. Friendly and helpful staff that was able to help me locate the item I was looking for. Well actually another item that she recommended and I purchased :) a great great item! (DryBar Lemon Drop Detangler Brush)

I always have the best experience here! Not the biggest Sephora but they have a very wide selection. Also the staff are all wonderful! I always seem to need some kind of help with a product and there is no hesitation on my part to feel comfortable enough to ask one of the lovely staff members working! Always so knowledgeable and kind. No weird pressure to buy things. My favourite store in this mall! Thanks to all the great staff xx
